“I left the 2 Nom Regions blocs de foie gras in the card box at my office for several days unrefrigerated before taking them home. Are they safe to eat?”

“Nice good quality food , but when the box arrived one of the cheeses had a use by date for that day , contacted the company and they did offer a refund , the other cheese I bough had short shelf lives too , but they were to be used the next day so I did not mind that, well packaged And plenty of chill bags , would recommend , just make sure the dates are ok when you get them.”

Sorry about this, there must have been a stock rotation error as the cheese should never have a short date due to how our stock system works.

“French Click products are fine. However my last order was delayed by Parcelforce. It was due for delivery on 3/12/19. I was in all day on the 3/12/19. They attempted to deliver around midday on 4/12/19 when I was away all day. They finally delivered on 5/12/19. Although the cheese was still cold, the packaging around it was wet and disintergrating.”
