“Process was quite structured and organized, customer service was also prompt and helpful. Shipping was quite fast, only took about a week to arrive from UK to Asia. The only downside is the cost - shipping options are all quite costly as combined packing were not optimised, re-packing will add cost to each pack, you won’t be able to know or compare cost if repacking will end up saving you the extra shipping cost or costing more after adding the re-packing fee.”

The price paid for shipping not only includes the transit fees, it includes the use of a UK address, the acceptance, processing, storing, and dispatch of your goods including any export documentation required, and full customer support for tracked services until delivery. The shipping cost as shown depends purely on the weight, dimension, and shipping destination regardless of the item value, which is an industry-standard. Our rates are publicly available on our shipping calculator to enable visitors to check and compare prices. This helps shoppers to decide whether it is worth shipping or check if it is within their budget. For consolidations, we also offer unpacking which can help reduce the overall size and weight of the package. Our customer service is also available to help with any queries relating to the shipping costs should you want to check before proceeding. “This product and service number 1 when you try to bring something from UK that is not being shipped outside of UK. If something is really not permitted, they will analyze and take necessary action(for example return and help to get a refund). Thank you very much. I will never look forward for anything other than you, if I need to forward any large or small shipment. And by the way, everything is automted in Forwardvia. I really appriciate their service!”
