I was quite satisfied with my first two orders, but I didn't like the third one, I thought it was unfair. I chose to consolidate 3 packages that totaled 1.7kg. I read in the FAQ that the packaging in consolidation weighed up to 0.3kg and therefore would not exceed Royal Mail's 2kg limit. The consolidation left the package with 2.2kg, which would give an extra 0.5kg instead of 0.3kg. I had to pay another £7 to remove original packaging and then the package weighed 1.5kg. I suggest that you create some calculation or tool so that we know the correct limit based on your packaging. The other 2 orders were books and magazines too and my calculations worked out fine. The choice of orders cannot be based on luck, there should be something that warns you that the weight will be exceeded without having to pay later to correct the problem. I found it very counterintuitive and explorative.

Upon checking, there was no note in the consolidation for it to be under 2 kg for Royal Mail shipping or un-packing selected, we do advise adding this information when ordering a consolidation for Royal Mail shipping. This informs our warehouse team so that when they process the order they can unpack and remove any excess packaging. When consolidating packages, we use double-walled outer cartons or boxes, and packaging materials to ensure the contents are well-protected. It is a balance between keeping the package weight and size down while still ensuring goods are protected for international shipping. Easy to use website. Reliable and very efficient processing and forwarding of received parcel. Unfortunately, the price to forward the parcel to Australia was exorbitant, over GBP300 for a 5Kg parcel. It is disappointing that a specialized shipping company cannot source a much more affordable shipping service. Thank you.

The courier shipping rates are determined by the parcel weight or the amount of space it occupies on a plane (known as volumetric weight), whichever is greater. The actual weight would only be charged when this was higher than the volumetric weight. This is an industry-standard. Therefore even though your package weighs 5.5kg, the weight based on the dimensions is 27.2 kg. Due to the nature of the item, folding it to make it smaller in volume/dimension may damage it or render the shape of the item making it unusable. We would recommend contacting us, and see if there are any other ways to reduce the volume or shipping cost. I have not received the Returns form in my order and my husband just ordered a pair of shoes too and he didnt get the returns form too.

The shipping cost as shown depends purely on the weight, dimension, and shipping destination regardless of the item value, which is an industry-standard. Our rates are publicly available on our shipping calculator to enable visitors to check and compare prices. This helps shoppers to decide whether it is worth shipping or check if it is within their budget. We believe we offer the most competitive shipping rates, compared to other UK forwarders. Some forwarders charge lower shipping rates, but then some charge subscription fees, shorter free storage periods, package receiving fees, mail out, and other charges. Including other charges, the total cost can be higher. Feel free to check the shipping and service rates of some other well-known UK forwarding companies.

The service worked perfectly, although it turned out to be expensive. It cost more to collate the items and ship them together than if I had just ordered them all separately direct to Australia. It was worth a try. The collation fees are pretty high since all it seemed to involve was putting the unopened packages together in a box. This service would suit high-priced items.

I really like to use forwardvia to be able to receive my favorite groceries from the uk while living abroad. My only problem is the cost of postage. They completely overcharge, I have compared their costs to parcelmonkey and I know they could bring the prices down. It puts me off using them as often as I would like

Unfortunately, I have been misled due to the UI of the website and responses from support. I had ordered the Advent Calendar from Sephora, and when I got it, the package's content was like the Advent Calendar and 3 items. There was no information that the 3 items were parts of the Advent Calendar. The support team told me that they are flammable and I have to pay extra for delivering these items or dispose of them. I decided to dispose of them because I was sure that they are not parts of the Advent Calendar. Unfortunately, when we got the package, we found that the Advent Calendar didn't contain these 3 items, and the present for my wife was not the way she wanted. Other aspects were brilliant, responses were quick.

ForwardVia is efficient. Provides photos and description of items so that if you have multiple items in transit you know which is which. However, it is expensive compared with VPost for basic shipping to Singapore.

The activity I found the hardest was at the end when I had to decide how to manage my parcels for delivery. It would better if you gave options with estimated costs as I had no idea and was just making decisions based on my very limited experience. I deal with another company in America and they work out the cheapest option for you.

Many thanks for taking time to leave us feedback. To see shipping rates for individual package, you can get it in your Package Inbox and continue with shipping options. This way you can check the shipping rates for individual package. We can see that you usually have multiple packages to ship. The lowest/cheapest option for shipping multiple packages is always consolidating/combining it into one box. Once you see all your packages have arrived, you could select all your packages for consolidation via your account dashboard. Our warehouse staff will then combine it into one for you. Unfortunately, there is no way to know the shipping cost until after the packages are combined. This is because shipping cost depends on the consolidation box weight and dimension. Estimation can be provided, but it is not accurate and can be misleading. Hello It's good. Few Suggestions: 1. Postal charges are quite high. 2. Please increase the storage days from 30 to 60. I am using other services as well & they also provide 60 days. 30 Days is quite less. Regards

However, each package size is 59 x 59 x 51 cm would make it not possible to combine into one box. Even if it is doable, it is not recommended as, it would make it difficult for the courier to handle causing it prone to damages during international shipping. Perhaps for future orders, you can request for us to have a look to see if it can be consolidated/combined by unpacking and repacking. Our warehouse team will then assess it for you. I have not yet even received my parcel. It's not late, you just asked me for this review very, very early. Which is a bit silly, I feel. I am unable to complete the rest of this review because, as I said, the transaction isn't even complete yet, and it's very hard to review an interaction mid-interaction. If my surgeon started asking me how I thought he was doing mid surgery, I'd panic, and I like to think you probably would as well. I hereby rate you *shrug*/5. My delivery exists in the flow of time-space. Where? Only god knows. My delivery was made by persons unknown. Maybe some sort of magical delivery bear? My item is Schrödinger's Parcel, both damaged and undamaged at once, until it arrives. My delivery has taken a quantity of time that is roughly equal to the time it will have taken to arrive, no more and no less. Unless it is more or less, in which case the delivery time has taken too much or too little time, which suggests the parcel has stolen time from elsewhere or had time stolen from it. If this is the case, the amount of time the parcel has taken to arrive is roughly a quantifiable amount of time, precisely.

The system was easy to use and delivery was fast. However the tax and duties were not included unlike one I use in the US, so I got a surprise bill that made the whole purchase not worth the money.

Your web page is not easy to navigate and you also bought the more expensive listing on Amazon UK. If you had followed my instructions in a more timely manner you could have saved me close to £10. Time is of the essence with some of these purchases and it took you close to six hours to buy the requested item. Otherwise a useful service.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We can see that your assisted purchase order was placed on 12th Feb, Friday at 18:31 (GMT/UK Time) in the evening. At that time of you placing the order our office is closed. Our staff have left the office when you placed the order. Well being of our staff is very important, we always encourage them to leave on time at 17:30 to spend time with their family. Our office opening time is as listed on our website. A member of our staff then processed your order the next morning on 13th Feb as soon as our office open at 9:16 am. This was under an hour of you placing an order during our office opening time. We aim to process assisted purchase order within 6 hours, subject to our opening time, as described on our website. With regard to the price of the item, unfortunately, we have no control of the pricing of the goods. It is disappointing for the store/seller to increase the price in short period of time, without a valid reason. Again, even though it is disappointing we play no part in the pricing, and we ordered it as soon as we possibly can during our opening time within the target time promise.
