“I'm impressed with the service, the updates, the intuitive website and easy upload and pay. The delivery time is spactacular- most impressive and appealing. The products always arrive intact and reliably. The service is really great and most impressive! The thing that keeps me from ordering more often- are the high prices of the service. while i understand that it needs to cost a decent sum in order for it to be profitable especially long distance international shipping, it ends up being super expensive.”

The courier shipping rates are determined by the parcel weight or the amount of space it occupies on a plane (known as volumetric weight), whichever is greater. This would mean that larger items would be higher, even if the weight is not that significant. This is an industry standard. “The service worked great! I wondered why my Amazon package looked like it had been opened completely, though. Did that happen in customs?”

We do not open any retail or internal packaging, and all packages are carefully and securely resealed. Customs may open packages when they arrive at their destination country for further inspection. In regards to your comment about delays; we can see that your package was shipped using Royal Mail partially tracked service and was delivered within the estimated delivery time frame. A number of shipping options are available for customers, which include without tracking to fully tracked, and express delivery when available. Royal Mail shipping options tend to take a bit longer for delivery compared to couriers which is reflected in the shipping cost. This information is available on our website and the shipping page when placing a shipping order along with any information on possible delays/service disruptions to countries or regions. If you have previously shipped directly with a retailer shipping is often provided at cost or sometimes at a loss to entice you to purchase goods from them.
