“The service worked great! I wondered why my Amazon package looked like it had been opened completely, though. Did that happen in customs?”

We do not open any retail or internal packaging, and all packages are carefully and securely resealed. Customs may open packages when they arrive at their destination country for further inspection. In regards to your comment about delays; we can see that your package was shipped using Royal Mail partially tracked service and was delivered within the estimated delivery time frame. A number of shipping options are available for customers, which include without tracking to fully tracked, and express delivery when available. Royal Mail shipping options tend to take a bit longer for delivery compared to couriers which is reflected in the shipping cost. This information is available on our website and the shipping page when placing a shipping order along with any information on possible delays/service disruptions to countries or regions. “Received items in great condition. The website is not user friendly. To approve the shipping and any additional costs should be easier with today's technology. I would definitely use this site again for internal items”

ForwardVia is a service provider and is unable to compete with some retailers who cover their actual costs on the sale of the product. If you have previously shipped directly with a retailer shipping is often provided at cost or sometimes at a loss to entice you to purchase goods from them. ForwardVia only offers shipping services, not the sale of products. The additional charge for shrink wrapping, taping/fragile labeling, and photos are completely optional for customers should they require it. “I used ForwardVia to bring a sweater from the UK to Australia. The service worked efficiently and the package arrived safely. My only suggested improvement was that I did not receive a notification to inform me that the package had arrived at ForwardVia. I had to log in and check myself. Being quite busy, I could have easily forgotten to do this, particularly as I had assumed I would receive a notification.”

Email notification is automatically sent out by default unless the customer opts out. The package notification was sent out on Aug 11, 8:47:53 AM may have arrived in your spam or other folders. Perhaps add our email address to your contact list, hopefully, this avoid it going into other folders. I hope this information helps going forward. “Alway a seamless transaction when dealing with forward via. I bought numerous packages in the UK and add them shipped to the US quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend their service.”

“The website is very easy to use. The products are stored well and packed well and arrived safely. The only reason I don't give 5 out of 5 is the cost. It is quite an expensive procedure. I know that this is not 100% th fault of Forward Via but maybe thy could do a deal with one or two of the freight companies to get the price down.”

“Was a very efficient service. My only complaint is it was far too expensive. The package I ordered was the size and weight of a mens hanky. The cost was over $35 AU to Australia. Great service but way too expensive for me to consider using again.”
