About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. Paid extra to have them delivered on her birthday itself. Flowers didn't arrive until the day after her birthday (had to rush out and buy an extra present so I had something to give her on the day). They refunded the extra delivery charge but other than that their attitude seems to be that the flowers arrived eventually so what am I complaining about? The year before they sent the wrong flowers. Unlikely to use them again.

The flowers were delivered on the date specified but the quality of the bouquet wasn’t great. The photograph on the website is misleading. Very disappointed in the bouquet.

Nice enough flowers. But for what they charge and what you get, you'd be better off getting a bunch from petrol station. Same size bunch, quarter of price.

Flowers were ok but not as good looking as the photo, also the card i had ordered extra was more of a leaflet with no envelope crushed and was wet from the flowers.

Flowers arrived and left propped against front door but when delivered they did not ring doorbell or put note through door so unfortunately although someone was at home they were unaware of delivery and were left outside we think for two days but not sure when delivered or by whom.Only found when a visitor saw them.Not your fault but very disappointing for the recipient and the sender.

The flowers I ordered for my parents looked lovely when they arrived. However after 4 days they were looking very sad with petals dropping off and the leaves turning yellow. The flowers were well looked after by my mum who followed your instructions on how to care for them. Disappointing!

BE CAREFUL: website was clunky, sent me back to the start when I'd nearly completed the order and then sent TWO sets of flowers AND charged me twice (yet to be resolved). I only received email notification of one order. Customer Services very slow. The flowers themselves were okay.

Ordered flowers on Sunday 1st August for delivery on Thursday 5th August for daughter in law coming home from hospital. Very disappointed flowers did not arrive until Friday late pm. Have used before and always had the delivery on time or early. Having ordered four days in advance would have expected better. Explanation that I could expect 72 hour delay to scheduled delivery day is not acceptable.

Order did not arrive on 29 July as requested. On your advice paid extra £5.95 for Courier delivery. Flowers eventually arrived 30 July at 11.50 by DPD - a day late. Very unhappy.

Unfortunately the orchids my sister in law received from you last week have not lasted! They arrived when expected which is good. She did not leave or put them in a warm room so goodness knows what happened as I am away and could not visit her to find out.

Rating would have been much higher as booking the flowers is made very easy. However, I have today contacted my friend who should have received the flowers on 12 July has as of yet (14 July) not received them spoiling her birthday!

Very disappointed. Marie sent me a picture of the flowers. They looked very sparce. There was no greenery to fill out the gaps. I will not order from you again, and do not want any junk mail from you. Two stars given, the second one is for the delivery, which was on time.

Flowers didn't arrive on my chosen day. Had to spoil the surprise by asking my sister to check her garden and with the neighbours. Emailed to ask why they hadn't arrived and received a verbal shrug email basically saying you only say 95% of your flowers arrive on the chosen day! Didn't see that anywhere when I ordered. They arrived the next day but I was very disappointed with the service.

The flowers were lovely but were ordered for and to arrive by Wednesday 9th June for an anniversary but they did not arrive until Thursday 10th June.
