About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

Flowers by Post are my go to place whenever I want to send flowers for birthday, anniversary gifts etc. The flowers are always great quality, delivered on time and the recipients are always delighted with them. There is a large selection of bouquets to choose from. All in all, great products, brilliant service and superb value for money. Wouldn't use any other company.

Flowers (Fresias) were well received, but the mini pack of Guylian chocolates did not arrive. I had checked with the recipient, as they hadn't mentioned them. I won't bother with extras again,as they're over-priced anyway.

Through no fault of theirs the flowers did not arrive for 4 days after the delivery date. They replaced them with a fresh bunch free of charge with no fuss.

I use Flowers by Post every couple of months as it is the only place I can get large bi-coloured carnations and they never disappoint me. The flowers are always in perfect condition, are well packaged and always arrive on the date requested. They are a fantastic company that I will continue to use, highly recommended!

For the very first time had a problem with the flowers ordered. It was very swiftly rectified by very pleasant staff,and the same bouquet was replaced and delivered. The flowers were a birthday gift for Hubby’s mum. Her birthday was Monday 2nd Dec 2024 so I asked that they arrive by 30th November. The post has been unreliable and she lives on the Isle of Man so getting them delivered early seemed sensible. My dispatch email said they weren’t even dispatched until the 30th Nov, so obviously they did not arrive in time for her birthday. This was very disappointing for her and for us. We try to support the Royal Mail, which is obviously struggling so post far earlier than we used to, and I thought I’d asked you to do the same by requesting they be delivered by 30th, but you didn’t even dispatch till that date.

Flowers were delivered a day late, so missed the birthday, inspite of being ordered one week ahead of time. Very disappointing. Flowers looked a bit tired when they were eventually delivered, having been in transit too long, but did revive fairly well. I realise this may have been a carrier problem rather than the fault of Flowers by Post ... in which case they should consider finding a more reliable way of delivery. Sadly I won't be using them again.
