About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

The company was very good to deal with and quickly resolved a problem with delivery. I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Saturday for a golden wedding anniversary. Unfortunately Royal mail didn't deliver until Tuesday afternoon despite me paying for 24 tracked delivery. Flowers by Post sent a replacement free of charge.

Not bad, but could be better. The flowers were probably fine when packed, but some suffered in the post. The card printing was not aligned properly L - R. They arrived a day early, which is better than a day late. Nice variety in colour of the carnations.

Great to be able to order bouquets of freesias with free postage. Easy to order, good communication from the company and good quality flowers. Happy to recommend. Only niggle, the Royal Mail didn’t put a card through the door to say they had delivered the parcel to a safe place. I could track so saw it had been delivered and informed the person the next day. Luckily, the flowers recovered ok.

The flowers I ordered for our 55th Anniversary arrived on the date requested. The flowers were fresh and beautiful with plenty of buds still to open. However the box was damaged on one end. Fortunately the stem end. But, this had caused the flowers to move out of the stem retaining card and some buds were broken off. Perhaps you could find a way to retain the stems in the card to prevent this from happening.

The flowers were received as ordered and on the day. My wife was very pleased with them and they are now in full bloom. Only problem is with unpredictable post . To ensure as much as possible that the flowers are received before late afternoon of the celebrated day I have to order to receive a day early.

flowers and service very good by company...but ..tracking totally unacceptable waste of time...........all it kept saying is " will update when we attempt to deliver : and even then the message did not alter i heard from reciepent they had arrived...
