About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

The flowers were received as ordered and on the day. My wife was very pleased with them and they are now in full bloom. Only problem is with unpredictable post . To ensure as much as possible that the flowers are received before late afternoon of the celebrated day I have to order to receive a day early.

flowers and service very good by company...but ..tracking totally unacceptable waste of time...........all it kept saying is " will update when we attempt to deliver : and even then the message did not alter i heard from reciepent they had arrived...

The first time I used this company one of the carnations was dead. They were good in refunding the money for this one flower. The second time was better and all the flowers were lovely.

Always use Flowers by Post for Mother's Day, as my mam's favourite are freesias. I had forgotten UK Mother's Day this year as working in US. But was reminded day before. I ordered on Saturday afternoon for a Monday delivery. However i received a note on teh Monday there would be a delay and they were eventually delivered on the Wednesday. This is a little frustrating. However my Mam was very happy with the flowers and says they are beautiful.

Freesias are a favourite of my Mother and can be hard to come by. I purchased the 20 stem bouquet as I’ve found 15 looks a bit thin. They smell heavenly-as advertised! Two blooms looked a little battered in transit which is unusual for Flowers by Post. Blooms in tight bud on arrival and developed into beautiful flowers over 4 days. Still going strong and smelling sweet.

The flowers, when they arrived, were beautiful and just what was wanted. However, I ordered at least a week in advance to arrive on a certain date, an anniversary, and they arrived a day late - with no info on this to me. Must admit, rather disappointed.
