About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

Very disappointed with a bunch of carnations bought for my mum's 91st birthday. They arrived wilted and two buds fallen off in the box. Expensive for what they were too.

Flowers were delivered a day late, so missed the birthday, inspite of being ordered one week ahead of time. Very disappointing. Flowers looked a bit tired when they were eventually delivered, having been in transit too long, but did revive fairly well. I realise this may have been a carrier problem rather than the fault of Flowers by Post ... in which case they should consider finding a more reliable way of delivery. Sadly I won't be using them again.

The flowers we ordered were to celebrate my sister's 80th Birthday... This is the photo she sent me of the flowers she received.... as you'll see, not quite as impressive as the Bouquet chosen from your catalogue. Not only is the bouquet sent considerably smaller, but the foliage sent as part of it is totally different from the foliage shown. This was an essential part of the arrangement chosen, and I am truly embarassed by the quality of the bouquet sent

We visited our son and daughter in law yesterday and we were disappointed with the bouquet that you sent. It was quite small and not at all like the picture in your website. We were not thanked for the additional gift of the scented rose in a crystal box and we couldn’t see it anywhere either, which leads me to believe that it was not received. We are not impressed and would not use you again.

I purchased some flowers for a friend’s 50th birthday. When they arrived they looked nothing like the picture on the website and were totally underwhelming and embarrassing to have sent as a gift…see photos attached. When I contacted them they simply said all flowers are delivered in bud. It does not state this when you purchase them. (It is mentioned in the small print elsewhere on the website however, which I did not see at the time.) Very disappointed, in future I will use a florist that delivers flowers that actually look like the ones they advertise.

The flower arrived two days after the expected date which was extremely disappointing. I have been told that they were in good condition but, as I do not have a photograph of them, I cannot be sure.

Unfortunately, the arrival deadline was missed despite me paying extra to ensure a prompt delivery. Furthermore, the bouquet delivered was uninspiring and in no way matched the photograph on the website. I'm afraid I can recommend this service and will not be using it again

Look little like the picture on the website. A number of the large flowers were already drooping when received. Your website 12 plus blooms Received 8 or 9 blooms Some drooping

I was not very happy when you telephoned on Monday 18/12 to inform me that you had no containers for the arrangement that I had ordered on 23/11 and due to be delivered on 20/12. The reason I order these arrangements for this person is because she is 92 and cannot cope with getting a vase fill it with water and arrange the flowers. I have since been told they are not like she normally receives although pretty, This is not the usual service I am normally used to . and arrange the flowers.

I ordered 18 x Rainbow carnations, as I have in the past but we received 18 x Red carnations by mistake, despite the label on the box showing 18 x Rainbow carnations and not overly impressed with the reason, new staff in the warehouse and the further discount on my next order.

Some of the flowers only lasted two days, they had to be thrown away. I have not had this problem in the past.
