About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

The flowers were lovely and delivered on the correct day. However. I requested a card to be included which wasn’t done so the recipient had no idea who sent them. Really not impressed with that.

Although I have ordered flowers from you before and have been assured by the recipient that they were lovely, I was actually at my sister's when they were delivered and I was disappointed to say the least to see what is received at a £25 cost. Three of the freesia stems were broken, small buds were drooping, and a few of the open blooms had crush marks. My sister says now they're fine, I'm afraid I never thought of taking a photograph of them and she didn't either. Consequently I won't be ordering this bouquet again.

Gypsophila had started to go brown and a lot of the buds on the freesias had fallen off definitely not worth the money. Very disappointing, they were a birthday gift from my husband

We recently ordered some flowers from you under order number 905486, which looked amazing on your website and were very disappointed when we saw the result - the picture attached, which in our view did not live up to the picture. Delivery was supposed to be 10th February, arrived 8.05pm on the 11th - the day after the recipient's birthday. She is an elderly lady so when the tracking said 7.00-9.00pm in the evening I doubted she would answer the door. So all in all I'm not happy with the experience.

The flowers arrived mid-afternoon. They appeared very dry on arrival, but we thought that they would freshen up after being placed in water. They didn't. The flowers also didn't look quite as generous as those depicted on the seller's website. I contacted Flowers by Post and received a reply reading "Please allow another few days for the bouquet to go from bud to bloom. If there is no change, please kindly contact us and we will look into this for you." They didn't improve and by then the moment had passed, so there was little point in making further contact - just made a note not to use Flowers by Post again. I have used several similar companies in the past, but have never been as disappointed as I was with this one.

Unfortunately the flowers were not seen until 5 days later as the recipient was ill and hadn't been out. I'm not sure if the deliverer rang the doorbell or not.

The flowers that I ordered were good but they were delivered without seeing the recipient and were left overnight on the doorstep. Not even stood up but laid down on the step. I have had a apology and a discount code but it is too late for my friends birthday

I was heartily disappointed when the flowers that I ordered arrived, and what looked like a joyful bouquet on the website was in reality minimal and lacklustre. Further, I ordered a card to go with my flowers and this, too, was a disappointment: cheap quality, not folded accurately and not in an envelope. In short, I paid a significant sum for an underwhelming bouquet and a dowdy and cheap-looking card; I will not be using this service again.

Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the lilies that were delivered for my daughter in law’s birthday. Stems droopy and not as many stems as I had expected. Some stems arrived bent. A week after delivery all are still yet to flower as they are still just buds. Looks unlikely they will. I’m unhappy with the whole experience. Shame as the idea is good. Will not be ordering again.
