About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

I hadn't ordered flowers for a number of years and I was slightly disappointed with the quantity when the recipient sent a photo thanking me for the flowers. I appreciate that the cost of flowers has gone up and perhaps my choice wasn't the best.

I made the mistake of making an impulse purchase on a Saturday morning of 24 Rainbow Carnations for my wife. They are the worst colour mix I have ever had, A "muddy" yellow, Yellow with red edge, 2 green, 1 red,and dark pink with white edge most of which have never opened properly. I won't be ordering on Saturday for delivery Monday again. Mike Cooper.

I thought the flowers were a lot of money for what they were. The colours were beautiful but a very small bunch which was very disappointing. They had also been packed upside down to the wording on the box.

My 88 year old aunt was very disappointed at the state of her birthday flowers. They were out celebrating her birthday when they arrived. No note was left to say they had a delivery and they were found the day after her birthday when they went to put something in the dustbin. They were very droopy. She doesn't have the facility to send me a photo of them. I contacted flowersbypost and they explained that Royal Mail had informed them a card was left! They also advised that the flowers had gone into a sleeping state and would perk up. I phoned my aunt and she said they were now lovely with a good variety of colours.

My daughter sent the flowers for Mothering Sunday I was delighted with them right away but after four days half of the carnations didn't open up and have died.I have tried several times to take a photo as requested

Bought two freesia bouquets for my sisters as we had just lost our dad. Paid almost £50 and each was a small sprig of disappointing flowers about the size of one supermarket freesia sprig c.£8 however after they bloomed they were nicer and did eventually have a good scent. I still really feel they were very pricey and would not use again without a significant discount. Pics show initial sprig and after 3 days.

My aunt said the flowers were really lovely, but when I told her I'd chosen yellow for cheering the room after all the Christmas decs came down she were pink with just a little yellow at the centre of some Lovely flowers as always but not exactly as I wanted

The flowers were for my elderly mother, the flowers were very nice, but not what I ordered. The flowers I chose were called Sweet Melody, pinks. When they arrived a day later than they were supposed to, they were all different colours.

The flowers were for my mum’s birthday . She told me 3 of the stems broke as they came out of the box . One of these flowers didn’t open at all unfortunately . Disappointing , but maybe the norm with postal flowers ?

Flowers (Fresias) were well received, but the mini pack of Guylian chocolates did not arrive. I had checked with the recipient, as they hadn't mentioned them. I won't bother with extras again,as they're over-priced anyway.

The flowers were a birthday gift for Hubby’s mum. Her birthday was Monday 2nd Dec 2024 so I asked that they arrive by 30th November. The post has been unreliable and she lives on the Isle of Man so getting them delivered early seemed sensible. My dispatch email said they weren’t even dispatched until the 30th Nov, so obviously they did not arrive in time for her birthday. This was very disappointing for her and for us. We try to support the Royal Mail, which is obviously struggling so post far earlier than we used to, and I thought I’d asked you to do the same by requesting they be delivered by 30th, but you didn’t even dispatch till that date.

I have used Flowers by Post for many years this time my order arrived late and it was the wrong plant. I contacted customer service who apologised and offered a 15% refund & 10% off my next order - I explained I'd ordered a Peace Lily for my friend's birthday - the reason being as her grandaughter is called Lily. I was then offered the correct plant when they received the next delivery - if when I ordered I had been told the plant wasn't in stock I would have ordered something different. I accepted the offer of the correct plant and asked if my friend needed to return the incorrect one I haven't had a reply to that question.

Very disappointed in the cost for these flowers. I didn't read the description properly, thrmought they were artificial. For the amount of flowers not worth the cost I paid. I had paid 4 times over the price I would fir these flowers.
