Ordered flowers on Sunday 1st August for delivery on Thursday 5th August for daughter in law coming home from hospital.
Very disappointed flowers did not arrive until Friday late pm.
Have used before and always had the delivery on time or early. Having ordered four days in advance would have expected better.
Explanation that I could expect 72 hour delay to scheduled delivery day is not acceptable.
