About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

I will not be using this company again. There was a problem with their supply but I tried to be reasonable but to be let down again. Very poor!

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday on 10th. On 10th I received a message from the post office saying flowers will be delivered today. On 11th I rang her to ask if she received any flowers thus ending any surprise. On 11th the post office messaged me saying flowers arriving today. Flowers left in her porch by postman although she was in at the time. Flowers were in a dry condition having been in transit for two days. Disappointed.

The flowers were received in a wilted condition with no water or dampener. A 2nd set of flowers was sent as an apology and replacement, again in a poor condition. After conversation with customer service, a refund was arranged. Very disappointing!!

Very very very small bunch of flowers delivered. I felt embarrassed. Very misleading picture of what you order to what you receive. For the size delivered I could have bought 5 bunches from Lidl and had a massive display. Wouldn't recommend using flowers by post.

Very disappointed.Ordered on the 6th December, for delivery on 12th December.They were a birthday gift.Unfortunately they didn't arrive until 4days later.Not impressed.

My order arrived late, in very poor condition, without proper packaging causing damage to the flowers, plus there was no moist packaging to keep the flowers fresh. The box that the flowers were packed in was far too big allowing the flowers to move around which caused damage. Not impressed and would not recommend Flowers By Post. They used to be sent from Jersey (Flying Flowers Ltd) and arrived in perfect condition.

very poor delivery service ordered 4 days prior to recipients birthday arrived 5 days after birthday deliverywas just left behind housewith no notification as to where it had been left flowers were not of best quality

The flowers were delivered on the 22nd at 16.42 ( from front door camera) and left by the side of the house where they were found by my daughter later. The deliverer did not even ring the front door bell. The flowers were wilted and were quite disappointing. Peter Asrwood.

Bought for function and ordered 5 days before with good time for delivery... But delivered only day after the funcction. And flowers were not fresh and squeezed lots. Not Happy at all.

Gifted my Mum with a bouquet of roses as she absolutely loves roses. I was so embarrassed and upset when Mum told me they arrived in very poor looking and wilted condition. This was a very disappointing experience for me.

The name says Scented Love,but my wife who loves freesias and has a good sense of smell says that there is no scent whatsoever. My daughter also said the same. They do look nice but being a man I thought if they are called Scented Love that they would smell nice.

Arrived a day late. Flowers dead 4 days later in a house with no heating on. Thought I was getting the jug the were photographed in. Come on 15 tulips for £30. Seriously.

Not good I will never use them again. They delivered non smelling freesias, and did not deliver the chocolates I had ordered for mothers, very disappointing .
