About Flowers by Post:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and DPD Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

Late delivery, poor quality blooms with several bruised and damaged. Plenty of greenery but that's about it. Very, very disappointed. Based on this order I cannot recommend this service.

Total waste of time. Ordered for a friend who is grieving - although the website promoted "DELIVERY WITHIN 48 HRS!", this is a false claim and when questioned, they blame COVID and Royal Mail although everything else I have ordered in the past week has been delivered, I even checked Royal Mail's website to check on the current delivery situation in my area. I was not even provided with a tracking number. If I could cancel my order and break lockdown guidance, I would buy flowers from a florist and delicer them myself because after I week, the recipient still has no flowers!

Still waiting nearly a week since I placed the order, which should have arrived 3 days ago. Website claimed dispatch by 48 hour tracked, apparently sent 1st class post instead so no tracking number. Seriously unimpressed.

I was distinctly unimpressed by these flowers, 24 stems were ordered but only 22 received and some of them are wilting after only 2 days. The overall display looked like a £10 bunch from the local garage.

Very disappointed with flowers ordered for Christmas, there should have been 15 freesias and gypsophilia but there was only 7 freesias which didn’t look much at all in the box.

very disapointed with the service i got, ordered flowers on wed 16th december to make sure they got to the wife by 19th for our golden wedding anniversary they eventually got there 21st dec. when they were unwrapped 4 heads of the carnations were broken off. Know i have had flowers of other online companies and had no problems with them. I contacted this company by email about the lateness of the flowers and basically they blamed the royal mail for the delivery saying it was a busy time of year. Never again will i use this company

I would give a 0 if I could. Flowers no better than a £5.00 bunch from Aldi or Lidl. £1.89 for a card that's been printed badly by an inkjet printer and folded wonky. Save your money and go to the supermarket. Absolute rip off. Avoid and if you want to spend this type of money use a proper postal service such a bloom and wild. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. BIF RIP-OFF.

Well their for my father's wife on 26th of November as of yet they have still arrived as I just made a phone call and she's told me that she still hasn't got them so il write another review when they do Arrive heres hoping think I order them on the 21st for the 26th bit disappointed as the day is 84 I can't type this review im assuming their by post an like I've said their not arrived yet Christine matthewson
