I will never use Floom again. The retailer took my money and led me to believe that my flowers would be delivered on Mother’s Day. When no flowers arrived, I called a Floom representative who informed me that the retailer does not deliver to my neighborhood. The retailer never reached out to me directly. Worst possible service. I have told my network about this horrible service.

I can’t review BECAUSE FLOOM DID NOT DELIVER THE FLOWERS!!! Buyers beware- this company is terrible.

Ordered flowers for Mother's day, two days ahead of time. At 5 PM on Mother's day, I got an email saying that they had been delivered. They never were delivered. 24 hour doorman building, so no problem getting deliveries.

The recipient never received her Mother's Day flowers. Got no update from Floom about the potential missed delivery and no update the following day(today). When I called in Floom could only determine that the order was not marked as delivered and cancelled the order. I paid extra for delivery on Sunday and got nothing. This is the last time I use this service for any order that matters.

Never got delivered and wasn't told it wasn't going to make it for Mother's Day. Very dissappointed and wouldn't use this service again.

Received the wrong order for Mother’s Day. They delivered a less than adequate arrangement considering what I had paid. I was only offered a 30% refund and an excuse that it was a busy holiday. I specifically used Floom as a higher end option especially for an important flower holiday. If they can’t deliver what’s expected of them on important holidays then what’s the point of spending the extra money? Incredibly disappointed and not worth it. Just stick with 1- 800 flowers folks. At least you’ll get what you want and not spend an extra arm and a leg for it.

worse customer experience ever!!! they didn't deliver on the day and didn't even inform me when I contacted them they said the florist was responsible and they would chase and come back to me the next day....NOTHING ...I CHASED AGAIN ! and finally on day 3 they informed me the flowers due on a birthday 3 days before would not be delivered....they offered me a discount to book again....as if I would ever trust them again....DONT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS IF YOU HAVE AN IMPORTANT OCCASION

$150 was overpriced for what was received. The single orchid stem and 9 rose stems did not come in a vase or something to preserve them. Also, the roses were nearly dead by the time they arrived.

A big fat ZERO is what I would give if I could. My mother did not receive her flowers and I got an email at 4:30pm saying “sorry we can’t deliver we will refund your money” but by then it was too late to run out and get new flowers for her. What a joke this company is. DO NOT USE THEM!

Flowers showed up a day early when I paid extra for a specific day, were wilted, and I paid for the largest bundle and it was extremely small

I placed two orders on different days. The first order never arrived and the second order was canceled after two days. I'm really displeased with the service. Be sure to partner with florists who 1)are available to fulfill an order and 2) offer more than 15% off when an order is canceled. It could be a very special occasion that could be missed that causes a last-minute scrambles for your customers.

There is no point ordering flowers, even if you do 3 days in advance. There are no options for timely delivery - I ordered for my husbands birthday 3 days earlier and the flowers reached by late evening we were heading out for dinner - what’s the point? You call floom and nobody answers! EVER!!! £150 pounds a bouquet that arrives at the end of the day when it’s irrelevant! This is not the first time I have had the same experience with floom.

Hi Natasha I'm sorry that you were disappointed with your experience. I understand your flowers were delivered later in the day. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an ETA for the delivery of your flowers. Flowers are delivered between 10am-6pm. The reason for this is as different florists have an array of delivery routes. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the delivery of flowers at a specific time. Though, we can confirm delivery takes place between the hours aforementioned. I hope your gift of blooms was enjoyed by your husband.
