Good communication from Floom but flowers ultimately were never delivered. Full refund was given.

the flowers did not include a card at all which was part of the surprise of sending them. the recipients at the house weren't even certain the delivery was for them as well because there was no address attached either

I specifically searched next day deliveries, found a bouquet, specifically froom Floom, and paid for it. Only to be emailed the next day to be told it could not be delivered. Leaving me no time to source an alternative. On my mother's birthday. I replied to the cancellation email and I had no further contact. No one was in touch with me further.

Hi Divya I'm sorry that you're disappointed with the service. I understand your order was cancelled. I can see you contacted the Customer Services Team on Monday. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, this order couldn't be reinstated as the florist had to cancel. I understand that this was for a time-sensitive event and understand your concerns here. I know this wasn't the resolution you were looking for but a refund has been processed, which you'll receive in the next 5-7 working days. I paid extra for next day delivery for a gift to a client who was going on holiday the next day, but the bunch never arrived. I had to chase up and customer service told me they were being delivered the following day, I chased up again and the bunch was still not delivered and they said they had cancelled my order - No one communicated with me until I chased up - very annoying and embaressing will not be using the service again

The arrangement delivered by Floom looked nothing like the arrangement in the pictures. Ordered the mid-sized arrangement, and received very small arrangement. Vase was nothing like the picture. Pricing was the same or higher than I could have paid at a higher-end Los Angeles establishment for a much less attractive flower arrangement.

The flowers were not delivered to the address provided and were also late. I am still waiting for an answer from customer service on where the flowers are and if I can get a refund.

This was a horrible experience, not from Floom but from the flower shop. They not only lied and said the flowers were delivered on my wife's birthday, they decided the next day to deliver and make the flower arrangement larger for the inconvenience, however, although quite pretty the arrangement was quite small and looked like a 30.00 value, not 120.00.

I have never been so disappointed in a flower delivery in my life. I bought the powerpuff bouquet, and paid extra for the "superior" arrangement. Not only did the bouquet look NOTHING like the image displayed on the website it was way smaller and I don't think it contained any of the flowers in the online image. It was so bad I literally had to call and apologize to my friend when she sent me the photo of the bouquet she received. I am very disappointed as they were very expensive and looked like day old grocery store flowers. I will NEVER use this service again.

The worst service of flower delivery I have hired. The first time they cancelled my delivery on the day it was due (got a refund and a 15% discount voucher). The second time they didn't deliver on the day it was due (today) and I still don't have any feedback or notice about that.

Terrible service, placed my order on a very expensive flower to be delivered in 2 days for a birthday, after taking my money , I received a email apologising that they cannot deliver in the area of recipient !! Money will be refunded to me in 5-7days which is over £70, which means in the meantime I have to search elsewhere again and borrow money to be able to get this for next day as the money won’t be in my account for another week! It’s a expensive place with very low service.. Extremely disappointing and will not recommend the place ..
