It showed a a full bundle of flowers and it is sparse and only 7 flowers very disappointed esp. for what you charge

I chose bouquet called Cosmo but what my recipient received was cheap, ugly and totally embarrassing. It had a Lily in the center which my recipient is Allergic to. Very few flowers and filled with greens. Will never use Floom again!!!

Not only did the flowers not arrive on time, it took multiple emails to get a response from the customer service team before they had to cancel my order.

Hi Cathy Im sorry, you have been disappointed with your experience. I understand your flowers were not delivered. I can see you have been in communication with the Customer Services Team. I can now see this issue has been resolved and the refund was processed on Wednesday which you'll receive in the next 5-7 working days. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

Didn’t deliver on time, customer service initially responded but then disappeared. Flowers eventually arrived and floom completely ignored the failure.

Hi Will Im sorry for the disappointment you experienced. I understand your flowers arrived 1 day late. I know you have been communicating with the Customer Services Team. I know this team were working in the background to investigate where your order was. As this was US Mother's Day weekend - it was an extremely busy period. I apologise if you felt that Floom had ignored the matter. The matter is still being investigated with the florist. As your order was a day late - I have processed your delivery charge refund. This you'll receive in 5-7 working days time. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

Ordered a $90 dollar bouquet for my mom for mother’s day and received what looked like a 5 dollar joke. Absolutely disgusted that both the florist and Floom “could only offer” a 50% refund. DO NOT USE this service. Can’t overstate how disappointed I was.

Accepted my same day delivery order before 10am and cancelled it at 4pm! Not great …. Offered a 15% discount which didn’t seem good enough.

I sent flowers for Mother's Day and at the last minute on the day of, I got a message saying the florist had closed and the flowers couldn't be sent until the next day. They did refund me my shipping fee though.

Terrible service. Order flowers for SAME DAY DELIVERY before 1800. 1800 comes and goes. Emailed at 6pm then 7pm then 8pm still didn’t know what was happening. Next day about 11am. Still have no idea what’s going on. So cancelled order and went with a company that could actually deliver on their promises. Will never use you again.

This has been my worst experience ever ordering flowers online. The florist ignored the delivery instructions and delivered the flowers after my girlfriend had already left work, AND the bouquet looked much worse than the one pictured.

I would not advise anyone to use this company, they are completely useless, do not provide the products you pay for, they use incompetent and lying partner florists and provide abysmal customer service. I ordered some flowers for my sister’s birthday to be delivered between 10:00 and 6pm, there was someone home the whole time. No delivery and no notification of delivery. I have since been back and forth several times by email (don’t bother trying to call them as no one answers the phone, they don’t even call you back if you leave a message) . When I asked Floom to investigate they eventually came back saying their florist had delivered the flowers and been in contact with my sister - which is not true. I have asked for a reimbursement, but Floom continues to stall by saying they are investigating further. Very frustrating and annoying. Save yourselves the bother and get your flowers delivered by Marks & Spencer’s, or another reliable florist but not Floom.

Flowers for my grandma still not delivered intended for mothers day! No communication about the delays. My sister also ordered flowers from here for our mom and they said they were delivered but weren’t. So we are 0 for 2 on this website….

I wish I could leave a good review. I found your company via Goop List which is usually solid. Unfortunately, the flowers that were delivered shared no resemblance to the pic on your site. The arrangement was extremely amateur and half the flowers were dead. Our guests immediately threw them away. I contacted your customer service and the response was inadequate. Ultimately, after three emails, Sam resolved the situation and apologized and refunded the purchase. While acceptable, it does not erase the embarrassment of having sent this disaster of a bouquet to a very important Client. Your failure becomes our failure. Very disappointed. I have included pics of what we ordered from your website and what our Client received. Unacceptable. Regards, David

One of the worst experiences ordering flowers. The flowers were not fresh at all, and by the following day were wilted and drooped over. I will never order flowers from you again.

The card for my flowers didn’t arrive. For something so expensive you’d think they could get this right. It’s so simple! When they apologized, the spelled my name completely wrong.
