my credit card details got stolen after using floom, would not reccomend to anyone.

On the Friday evening before Mothers Day I was panicking as I had left it so late to order flowers for my mum who lives on the isle of wight When i looked at Floom and put in Mum's postcode, it clearly stated which flowers were no longer available for delivery on Mothers Day delivery and those which were. i placed my order and shortly after got an email confirming my order, but unfortunately, i didn't check my emails until late on Saturday night, when i then saw I had another email from Floom, sent 30 minutes after the confirmation email, telling me the florist was unable to deliver to my recipient's area due to unforeseen circumstances. what circumstance can happen in 30 minutes on a friday evening that would prevent a delivery on the following Sunday? the email included a voucher against a future purchase as an apology but it didn;t make me feel better or make up for my mum not receiving mothers day flowers from me for the first time in 20+ years? I can't review the flowers as the order was cancelled, but clearly, there are issues with their website accepting orders when either the stock was unavailable or the address was one they couldn't deliver to, so i would be nervous to use them again.

Hi Nicola Im so sorry for the disappointment you have experienced. I understand your order was cancelled. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the florist couldnt fulfil your order. Furthermore, if it is a busy weekend (e.g. Mother's Day) and the florist cant deliver - the policy is to cancel the whole order. I understand a refund has been provided. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

Flowers delivered a day late without any email or call explanation beforehand. These flowers were sent for an occasion. Why am I paying money for your service if you’re not providing the service you offer? Unprofessional and careless. Won’t recommend.

I ordered Floom because it showed a Sunday delivery and they were delivered on Monday, I never would have ordered with Floom had I known they would arrive Monday

Absolute rubbish. Flowers were dead when they arrived, and I only got 20% refund - on a £55 bouquet. Ruined Mother’s Day.

Terrible service. I ordered a bouquet for my wife on our 20th anniversary. Not only did the bouquet not get delivered but I wasn’t told it wouldn’t be. Customer services didn’t seem particularly sorry and I had to keep chasing to have any idea what was happening. I gave up on the end and asked for a refund. It the only thing the company managed to do. Never again.

I used Floom as a last minute alternative on mothers day. I ordered flowers for next day delivery which was cancelled the next morning. I received a coupon for this purchase which I used to purchase another bouquet, now for same day delivery. This was also cancelled within an hour or so. I then had to purchase a third bouquet which finally went through. Whilst this bouquet was delivered, and looked beautiful, the flowers wilted within a day or two. This was especially disappointing given I had paid a premium for these flowers (compared to if I had just gone to a florist). I could accept the premium, for the convenience, if the flowers had not wilted. Overall, a great concept but my experience was unfortunately quite poor.

The flowers were appalling. Looked nothing like they were advertised. Most of the flowers were drooping and by 5 days they had all died.

Terrible service. My flowers never arrived. It took 3 days for customer service to confirm they hadn't arrived. Would never buy from again. Do not recommend
