My order was delivered at the wrong apartment even though I added the right one into the “delivery instructions”

Flowers never delivered and company didn’t follow up about the delivery after several emails. They claimed the local delivery couldn’t deliver the flowers and that an extra delivery fee would be charged. Flowers were never delivered.

Terrible. Despite ordering a $200 bouquet several days in advance, the flowers did not arrive on the scheduled day. Not only did Floom not re-attempt to deliver the next day or find an alternative florist, they simply canceled! I was offered a paltry $20 credit for a future order. Thanks but no thanks - I will never use this service again, and I have told my friends that I previously recommended Floom to stop using it. Waste of time and money.

This was a horrifyingly bad service. The flowers were delivered a day late and despite being the first priority they didn’t arrive until the end of the day.

Paid $100 for flowers that were never delivered. Contacted support, they said they would reach out to the florist and then closed my “request” without ever hearing back from them. I really wanted to use this company since they offered quick delivery and used local florists. Won’t be using this company again.

The arrangement was horrible. Nothing like the picture. Flowers were wilted and there were barely any flowers in the arrangement compared to the photo advertised.

Shocking service, they promised me a refund for sending flowers to my mother that looked nothing like the ones I ordered. I still have not received this

Placed an order for same day delivery, order did not arrive until the next day. Whoever reached out was not helpful and has yet to connect me to the manager. I was offered a $5 discount for the trouble which is not sufficient.

I paid 100 pounds for the flowers on my wife's birthday eve. The order was postponed twice, and on the birthday night, the manager texted me that the delivery is not possible, and money will be refunded in 10 days. So I have to rush to the nearest florist to buy flowers in the morning. Awful service as it is.

Beautiful flower arrangements to choose from but when your order doesn't arrive for a grieving family, and there is no notification that it wasn't sent, no detail online and a required exchange with customer care, not ideal and won't be using this service again.

Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day that weren’t even sent out for delivery until February 15. Then they were marked “delivered,” but I couldn’t find them anywhere. When I wrote to help center, they didn’t offer a refund or any real support. Instead gave me 20% off my next order, for a service I have no intention of using again given this experience.

Website claims hand delivered but is actually delivered by DPD. Delivery was several days late and had to be collected my recipient in the end. Support ignored all emails to chase up. Recommend against using this seller, opt for a local company instead
