I understand valentine’s is the biggest day of the year, but fact is, your website failed, I got an error message instead of confirmation, and hence had no choice but to use another website. A couple of hours later, I get a confirmation from Floom by email. I then ask Floom to cancel the order but simply get the reply that I ordered and hence it stands as is. How can an error message equate to an order?

Flowers didn’t arrive on V-day, unfortunate. System stated that it arrived the next day, but still no flowers. Thankfully, girlfriend lives in doorman building so it’s logged into system if anything is received, but no flowers... Hope Floom refunds!

I paid for a delivery on a certain date. The service said it had been attempted but I did not find evidence of that on the door camera footage. I requested for re-delivery. I received an email notifying me that the bouquet was delivered but my friend (for whom the bouquet was intended) was home the entire day. She did not get a buzz at the door and did not receive the delivery.

Hi Andrew, Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry for the issues you've experienced. As we mentioned via email, it looks like the building number for this order was incorrect. The florist attempted the delivery, but were unable to find the recipient. We had requested additional details, but since we never heard back, we went ahead and issued a full refund. I hope this resolves the matter, but don't hesitate to reach out again if you have any questions.

The flowers arrived withered and decaying. I’ve made a complaint, was told they’d “perk up” after trimming the stems and putting in water. This was done straight away and it hasn’t helped. I send more images via email yesterday..

As mentioned via email, what you are looking at are guard petals, which can be removed and help protect the inner portion of each stems. Ordered a week in advance for Valentine's day. Order never came. Customer support was useless - took full days to respond and then said effectively nothing. This business is a scam and a fraud. They should be investigated.

I can see my colleague emailed you with some photos from our partner florist, showing where the flowers were left. If you have a chance to review those images, please email back to confirm. Paid extra for Valentine’s Day delivery, got a confirmation email that it got delivered on Valentine’s Day, but it showed up two days later. Unbelievable. Do not shop here.

Scam. Flowers never came, but the status is "delivered". They are consistently ignoring the complaints.

My wife had to go to NYC for work so she was going to be there on Valentine's Day. I wanted to give her a surprise so had scheduled a delivery with Floom to her hotel room. The flowers never arrived, and getting a refund has been a whole process that has made me lose time. I don't recommend you getting Floom if you need flowers to arrive on a very specific day.

Really disappointing service. Delivery never happened, had to wait two days to get a response back on when the flowers could be delivered.
