The flowers that I ordered for Valentine's day did not arrive on time. I sent them to my wife's work as a surprise, but they never arrived, so I inevitably had to ask her if she received them. They ended up arriving the following day but honestly, it was a little too late and the surprise element was completely dead. If deliveries cannot be made on time then please don't advertise on your website about guaranteeing deliveries by a certain day. If the flowers are for a special occasion they need to arrive on time! I tried reaching out to customer support thru chatbot and they were not very helpful. The following day I just got a refund for my shipping, but no explanation or apologies. I honestly did want the flowers delivered anymore and neither did my wife, but they didn't even give me the option to cancel the order. I will not be using FLOOM ever again for my flower orders.

Flower was delivered so late past 8pm and was never received any advance notice that it was running late. The flower was not near close to the picture shown on the website.

I had issues with the website booking. They tried to charge me twice. The flowers were not delivered, but I got a notice they were. This was for Valentine's Day! I paid extra for delivery. I contacted them on Valentine's Day, the day after, and the day after -- absolutely no response. this went over well with my valentine you can imagine! I tried calling, emailing, chatting, no response. So they charged me an exorbitant amount of money, including a premium delivery fee, then didn't deliver the flowers and didn't respond to my repeated attempts to contact them. Considering reporting to BBB. Do not use them.

Very poor. I was charged 5 time the cost of delivery for it being Valentine's day and didn't even have them delivered on said day. I got a confirmation email saying they were delivered to the wrong place. I went to pick the flowers up at the place the delivery email said they were delivered and they did not get delivered to that location.

Placed an order almost a week before Valentine’s Day and paid for delivery. Almost 3 hours to the end of the delivery day and Floom gave me a false report that the flowers were delivered. I called more 7 times within 24 hours trying to resolve this. It was my first time trying floom and I can say with all certainty that it was by far my worst experience from an online vendor. Very Terrible experience I can only advise people looking for the most horrible service to try floom. 🤮🤮🤮 P.S: i am still waiting for my full refund

Got my order wrong because the UI is terrible. I ordered a higher tiered option on a product but it doesn’t say that on the receipt - very easy for the florist to miss. Then they took too long to resolve the issue and still charged me the service, tax and delivery fee after an extremely disappointing experience. Will not be using Floom again.

The order was cancelled because the florist ran out of flowers and simply did not have the stock to complete the order. Really bad experience for a long-time customer. Order was delivered a day late with no notice. I had no way to contact the florist, and the arrangement itself already appears to be dying after less than a day. Very unfortunate.

First time and last time using floom. Terrible experience, my order didn’t come on the due date. It came very late the next day. I asked for a refund multiple times and customer service ended up ignoring me. Finally I got confirmation of refund but would never recommend.
