Order confirmed. Given to florist. Not fulfilled. This was a very embarrassing experience for me. The order was cancelled the next day by floom. Newspapers and flowers Abe no good a day late!

I was let down by the florist. I made the order early in the morning since I wanted same day delivery. I was only informed by Floom about the florist being unable to deliver the flowers the same day due to ‘logistical’ issues at almost 5pm. This didn’t give me an option to send flowers the same day. I cancelled the order and I await the refund from Floom. Very disappointing experience once again from Floom.

The flowers were supposed to be delivered next day. They were delayed and still 3 days later no delivery and no response from the team. 0 stars in my opinion unfortunately

So disappointed in the service I tried to complain that the flowers that were delivered are all a totally different type of flower and many less flowers than the ones in the image but was told my photo was not good enough to lodge a complaint. In spite of the photo very clearly showing the issue. The flowers were a gift so I can’t ask the gift receiver to take detailed photos of the flowers!

I won't be using Floom again. Delivery came late and the flowers recieved did not look like the photo advertised. Never again. I won't be recommending.

The flowers were never delivered. I reported the incident, the Floom team asked me to wait for a solution but I didn't get any feedback... When we decide to give flowers but the person does not receive them, the surprise is ruined.

This is hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered same day delivery to console my friend on her brother’s death and the flowers just weren’t delivered. No explanation, no update, nothing. Customer support just gaslit and kicked the can down the road with no follow up. Never buying from Floom again.

You sent different flowers. Pictures on your website are misleading. doesn't matter what I ordered you sent what you had.

On February 13, I placed an order for a bouquet of flowers and the delivery was to be made on February 14. On the 15th, your company canceled this order and immediately sent the shipping fee to my bank account, while also sending me a notification email with the message: "I'm sorry your order hasn't arrived and we've been unable to reach the florist for a delivery update. I've now canceled and refunded your order so please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to land in your account." but after February 15, Today is March 2 and I still haven't received any money back in my bank account.
