Well, I ordered a beautiful arrangement of flowers, got a wilted “arrangement” that didn’t resemble the photo at all. Let them know, they told me they were sorry and that they’d send one that matched the photo that day. Never came. No word Asked for a refund, have been told they are investigating. That was yesterday. So we’ll see. Won’t be using them again.

I paid over 100 dollars for flowers that looked nothing like the picture :( very sad because these were ordered for my boss's birthday. it was a total joke. i understand sometimes there are affordances that have to be made when things are in stock but the arragements weren't even remotely similar.

Very disappointed with the delivery as it is not yet received and the birthday is passed and ordered in advance and paid a lot for the gift…. I think it needs to be looked into and get compensated. It still not received as of today

Ordered and flowers never arrived, even though I was charged. And then nobody answers calls / answers voicemail / or emails back. Definitely do not recommend.

I ordered same day delivery for my partner's opening night, but the flower's never showed up. The next day I had to call multiple times until finally they said to me that the driver had "some issues" and wasn't able to make it. They could've at least deliverd the flowers late, but they just abandoned it and never even notified me.

The flowers were delivered 2 days late - for a birthday. They would only refund me the delivery fee. That’s no way to run a business. I won’t be using them again and won’t recommend them.

arrangement never arrived. contacted customer service multiple times, to no avail. eventually received photo proof of delivery to wrong address. never heard back . . . . disputed payment successfully through amex.

Love the concept and platform, but my recent premium order experience (upping the cost for the highest tier of most flowers, and freshest), went very poorly. I spent over $200 for a birthday bouquet that showed up looking like a small, $50 bouquet. Extremely unhappy with what felt like a huge waste of money. Flowers also appeared wilted and/or worn, like they'd been in the delivery truck all day.

This was my first time ordering with Floom and it was very disappointing, both as an experience as well as the product. I ordered a bouquet for a special occasion but it was delivered a day late, with no communication advising of the delay or any apology whatsoever. After trying to reach Floom several times, I was told someone tried to deliver the bouquet on the actual day of delivery, but neither me, my neighbours, or the building concierge are aware of any such delivery attempt -- this apparent attempt to deliver was used by Floom to justify not issuing a refund. The bouquet was finally delivered the afternoon of the day after and added to the disappointment - the arrangement was quite sparse and the flowers were wilted.

My flowers never arrived to the person I sent them to and once I contacted Floom they told me I couldn’t have a refund. LAME.

Flowered never arrived, had to prompt the customer service team to get any response at all. Turns out the flowers listed on the site were not available at all. Very disappointing and still awaiting a refund.
