I ordered my gift basket and it seemed to go through without issue and then 2 days later I received an email I been refunded the entire amount. It never mentioned why and didn’t mention that the gift basket was unavailable and wouldn’t be sent. I expected the basket to be arriving within a couple of days and then had to use another vendor to send my items out to the family. When deadlines are crucial for these orders I really expected better customer service.

Terrible service I ordered flowers for my daughters' 21st 2 weeks in advance Despite this they arrived a day late. When your 21 it's on the day or bust. Especially as she is in Boston and we are British and unable to be with her Really disappointing and the after service non existent despite my emails

Very poor service. Booked a bunch of flowers for my sisters birthday to be delivered the next day. Only to be emailed the day later saying it isn’t possible. Don’t offer the service if you cannot deliver.

The flowers was nothing like the ones in the photo, it was advertised the flowers was in the floom white paper bag but it arrived in a dirty red unwanted paper box??? Very disappointed

BEWARE!!! Very poor quality!!!! I FEEL COMPLETELY CHEATED BY FLOOM. I ordered a bouquet highly priced at £60 for a next day delivery. Very Very disappointed. Flowers are sent for a special occasion and you should be able to rely on the company and that they understand that. You can make a pretty website, but its so important you meet up to the expectations. Honestly I tried FLOOM the very first time. I have bought much better fresh flowers here in London by companies like Moyses Stevens and for around the same price, infact cheaper for around £50. Even M&S and Waitrose can do better bouquet and much cheaper. Unfortunately I will not be buying from Floom next time. Below are some pictures of the bouquet and you can see the freshness and quality of the roses and leaves in the bouquet that was delivered. The pink roses have petals which don't look fresh at all and infact old and weathered. The eucalyptus leaves also look discoloured and nowhere near fresh. Thoroughly disappointed with the quality based on the price I paid. Don't waste your money and be swayed by the false images.

What I ordered and I what was delivered were two different things. The flowers I ordered looked full and bright and what was received looked like someone picked them from a front yard and added blades of grass for color. I was very disappointed with Floom..

I had booked on the website as it gave me a choice for same day delivery. However the delivery was made the next day in the evening.

Very poor service. Had to call about 10 times and chase them to get my flowers delivered. The order was for a birthday, the flowers arrived the day after.

My order was cancelled the same day it was due for delivery and I haven’t received my refund. On top of that my bank charged me a foreign fee.

Avoid! There are too many flower delivery service options to go with an unreliable provider. I ordered flowers to be delivered on my friends birthday only the flowers never arrived. I tried calling the day of, but was unable to reach anyone. The following day, I tried to contact Floom again to get an update on the now overdue delivery. They are impossible to reach over the phone, but I finally received an email follow-up letting me know "they were chasing the florist for an update." The following day, now three days after my friend's birthday and original delivery day I again had to follow-up with them to find out what was going on. In the end they were unable to track down the flowers for delivery and reimbursed me for the cost. That said, I would have appreciated some initiative on their end - perhaps giving me updates rather than needing to chase them. Plus - simply a refund is pretty disappointing given that my friend never received her birthday flowers. I would have much preferred if they found another florist that was able to fill the order.

Flowers were delivered late and I received the wrong colour flowers. It was for my mums birthday so I was naturally quite disappointed. The woman who delivered the flowers was quite nice and included a complimentary box of chocolates. However I was still not satisfied with the service considering what I paid for it.
