It's a scam, do not use this website. I've ordered flowers on Sunday which were never delivered. Called 5 times so far. Last time I called, within 30 minutes, they marked my order as delivered, just to close the case but nothing was done about it. My friend is poorly and is at home day and night, so no excuse there. Very sad that she never got flowers for Christmas. Customer service has done nothing to resolve the issue. I'm now filling in a complaint with my credit card company.

I ordered for same day delivery and it arrived the next day instead. Which defeated the purpose of me paying for same day. Waiting to hear back from customer service

I paid £75 for a superior bunch of flowers. They turned up not only looking like a £20 bunch, entirely underwhelming because of the size of the bunch and the level of wilting but the price tag was clearly superior standard bunch.

Bought a bouquet for my step-mum, they were beautiful when they turned up however after 48-72 hours they already started looking really sad and I was a very embarrassed to have gifted these to be honest! I’d expect a bunch of flowers to look pretty decent for at least week - this is what usually happens when I purchase elsewhere. I had brought this up to customer service and the response was - ‘it’s after 72 hours so they can’t do anything about it’ and ‘flowers are perishable’ Of course I understand the latter however I believe my step mum received poor quality flowers + pretty Terrible customer service too. Shame! Because the flower selection was lovely!

The flowers looked great on the website. The actual flowers are nothing like what they look like on the website. What a waste of money!!! ... Would be nice if Floom vetted the vendors using the website

Couldn’t deliver on time and their customer service interface is clumsy. Had to call their business line to get my refund, after already being assured of its delivery in email. They also cancelled my order without waiting for a response from the local florist.

Was supposed to get next day delivery. It’s been 5 days and I have yet to know that my order has even been dispatched. Not happy

Paid ~55 pounds but flowers were never delivered. Florist has not been reachable since three days and the customer service is not available via the phone. Any email contact with Floom has not resulted in either compensation or succesful delivery of the flowers.

the flowers that arrived were a completely different colour to the ones we ordered - not ideal when you;ve ordered pink for a baby girl!

Flowers were a day late, delivery was fine. Just wish they had been honest about the real delivery date so I could have prepared properly.
