Flowers were never delivered and costumer service is terrible. Still haven’t heard back from Floom. Will never use it again.

Purchased flowers for my wife’s birthday, at 6pm on the day they told me they couldn’t deliver. Not great either way but if i was told earlier I could have at least gone to a shop. Floom blames the flower shop/provider, but obviously I have no confidence in using them for a special occasion in future, so I won’t be using Floom again.

Flowers were delivered 7 DAYS after I ordered them instead of next day as promised, making it look like I was late in sending to my friend as I got no notification of the delay! Outrageous. Never again.

Ordered from Floom because of their same day delivery service. Didn’t deliver on time (at all). No flowers. Was meant for a special occasion. Won’t order again.

the flowers that i ordered doesn't look like to photo in the website!!!!!! and it impressed me with my friend the flowers look different and it didn’t came with a faze !! this is the last time i’ll order from your website

Dreadful. Floom does not even deserve one star. The site did not co-ordinate with the florist in the US and I was left in the lurch. Horrible experience. I had to get a refund and the fact I am being asked how the flowers were speaks volumes

We ordered flowers for a dear friends birthday. We got her address slightly wrong but added an alternative delivery address of a pub directly opposite thats stood for over 600 years and included her mobile contact number. Fobbed off with rubish reasons for not delivering and tgen told the £66 could not be refunded. DO NOT USE FLOOM. You will be dreadfully dissapointed

I ordered flowers and paid £9.99 for same day delivery by 6pm. By 4pm I had heard nothing so got in touch with customer services. They came back to me saying that my flowers had been delivered, but they hadn’t. I contacted them again asking about the flowers and they eventually came back to me saying that they hadn’t yet been delivered but had been accidentally marked as delivered. They eventually showed up at 7pm and were nothing like the flowers that ordered, completely different. Extremely disappointed as this was a present for a colleague moving to another country on their last day and they didn’t receive the flowers before the end of the work day.

I ordered a birthday bouquet on 11/4 for same day delivery. I chose the flowers based on your site indicating they would be delivered that day. I received a call at 5:00 pm that they could not be delivered until 11/5. I replied to an email indicating that was ok. I received an email on 11/6 that the flowers were delivered on 11/5. They were never delivered and they sent an email today that they can’t deliver them??! But they will give me 10% off my next order? I would not recommend Floom and will not order from them again.

Unfortunately, the bouquet that was sent looked nothing like what I ordered. I understand that sometimes some flower replacements need to be done, although almost everything in the arrangement looked nothing like what was pictured online. I tried calling to discuss and left a message, I didn't receive a call back.

The flowers did not arrive on the day I asked to deliver. Excuse given was "traffic" but I waited at home all day from 10-6PM, there was plenty of time. Then the next day I was informed delivery would be mid-day but it turned up after mid-day. Very disappointed by the service.
