I ordered with Floom in an attempt to patron a local business and was very disappointed by my experience. Although my order was marked as "delivered", I found out several days later (after many emails back and forth with customer service) that it had NOT been delivered by the 3rd party vendor. This was a condolence bouquet and was not received for over a week after it had been ordered. Very unhappy with my experience with Floom and will not be utilizing their service again.

This company is a scam. They collected over $100 from me for a bouquet and same day delivery. The bouquet was never delivered. I've reached out to their customer service team over 20 times via email. phone and social media and they do not respond. I don't understand how they're still in business. Yelp is filled with reviews who say the same thing. Floom should be shut down.

Worst experience EVER. My same day order was cancelled but NO ONE bothered to contact me to tell me. It was for my mother in law who was celebrating her birthday in a hotel with my father in law in Houston receiving radiation for stage 4 cancer at MD Anderson.

I paid to have my flowers delivered next day and that was on the 23rd of December. It is now December 27th and they still have not been delivered. Just horrible

We ordered a flower arrangement and what was delivered was not what we had ordered. Very disappointed. Spent over 100 pounds and didn't receive what I ordered.

My order was not delivered. Yet Floom have said it has been delivered, there has been no proof of delivery from them and yet I am still awaiting a full refund! Terrible service and very disappointed. Would not recommend.

My order never arrived and I there was poor communication with Floom. I’ve had a terrible experience with them and won’t be recommending them at all to anyone I know or love. Very let down by this company.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Christmas and the flowers did not show up due to “unforeseen circumstances”. I was only told late the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, which is honestly shockingly bad service. These were meant for a lonely person over Christmas and 10% off my next order is a useless compensation given I will never use your services again and recommend my friends do not either. If you can’t complete an order, don’t book it and charge it. That’s a disgusting thing to do over Christmas when people depend on you.

Unfortunately on this occasion I have not had the service I have come to know from Floom. I was informed the flowers were delivered, but in fact they have not been delivered which is disappointing as they were a Christmas gift. Due to the timing it has been difficult to reach the team (understandably) but it is still disappointing.

Order was placed to arrive on the 24th but it is apparently still with the Florist (its now the 26th). I have no idea what happened. I get it that its a holiday weekend but I prob would not have ordered if I wasn't led to believe that the delivery would happen on the 24th.

Delivery not found by recipient. Floom unable to assist and was unable to advise where flowers were left. Recipient was home during hours of delivery (10am-6pm) but flowers were apparently delivered (and lost) around 8pm. No disappointing, it was an incredibly expensive gift and Floom offered no solution.

Shocking service. I spent £200 with Floom on two bouquets to be delivered on the 23rd, first received an email saying one was delayed and would be delivered on the 24th, despite me having ordered several days in advance, then received two separate emails saying that they had both been delivered- when only one was and the other is missing. This is now the second occasion where Floom have failed to deliver and I will not be using them again, I would recommend interflora who consistently deliver what is asked

I am still waiting for the flowers to be delivered, now 2 days late, and am extremely annoyed that I have been given an unsolicited review request before getting a reply to my email asking for an update on the delivery of my order. These flowers are for family grieving the loss of someone dear, and I chose Floom as it promised next day delivery.

Flowers were gorgeous but... Got an email saying they had been delivered. Contacted the person I sent them to. They were not. Called floom. They had no idea but would find out and call me back. Never heard from them again. Luckily my friend has nice neighbours, they were delivered to #104 not #140.....
