I ordered flowers delivery for my manager's birthday, she is one of the directors of the company. The flowers arrived completely different from what I have ordered. I haven't been informed that flowers were not in stock, the florist just sent a different bouquet which wasn't to my taste at all. I sent an email to Floom with one photo which I received from my colleague, and Floom replied requesting more photos of the bouquet otherwise as I was told they are not able to discuss it with the florist. It is inappropriate for me to request my senior colleague to send me more photos of the bouquet I've sent for her birthday and I explained it to Floom. But they still requested more photos and it has been a week now and nobody got back to me. Very disappointing nd poor communication.

Customer service is terrible. I was sent a plant as a gift from my family that was instructed to be left in the secured building I live in. That did not happen. When contacting them back they instructed me to go knock on my neighbors door to check if they had my package! After they insisted, I went ahead and did that, turns out they didn't get it either. After contacting them back with an update about what happened for them to hold responsibility for their mistake, they decided to ignore my attempts to reach out. I then sent them an email threatening to set a charge back from my bank, only then did they respond back and decide to refund me, instead of properly sending me my order as I instructed. I have ordered 100s of packages, no one has ever decided to knock on a neighbor's door and 'supposedly' leave it with them. Such a disappointment for ruining a birthday gift like that. I have set an order from another company of course. Do not order from Floom.

No flowers was actually delivered. The courier came at 10 pm. Left the flowers nobody knows where. Customer support hadn’t helped after 3 days the order had to be delivered. Even more, they stopped to answer.

Very poor experience. Paid £66 for a bunch of flowers for a birthday, to be delivered next day. Didn’t turn up until 2 days later (couldn’t get through to speak to anyone on contact number) and when bunch delivered, was not at all representative of what I had ordered. Avoid. Bloom and Wild much better

My flowers were never delivered. Then they sent me a message saying delivery was attempted but the “office” was closed. There was never an office; it is a hospital providing care to our most vulnerable people.

The orchid arrived with all flowers withered, dying leaves and some semi-broken wood. I would like it to be replaced but not until after 23 August.

The flowers delivered by DPD were damaged in transit breaking all but a few of the smaller flowers. The remainder were all but dead 2-3 days late.
