The flowers are still not delivered. Opened a case with Floom with no reply whatsoever

Unbelievably disappointed. I ordered an orchid plant for delivery 9/5 for a friend’s 60th birthday on that day. Never delivered. Asked company what was going on. Said they’d look into it. Two days later still no word. Refund and apology seem due.

I placed my order for my sisters birthday and paid for same day delivery. The flowers were never delivered and I could not get through to Floom (even after leaving two voice messages), so I called and dealt with the florist themselves directly (flower station who were very professional). The florist explained that they had run out of the specific flowers for my selected bouquets and that they informed Floom to let me know that they could either substitute my bouquet for another one or deliver my order the next day, unfortunately Floom never called me (Later that day I found and email from them, but this was too late) and so my flowers were not delivered. Floom failed to call me back or respond my messages. I eventually got through to Floom 2days later and was offered a refund for the same day delivery charge. This defeated the whole point of placing an order for delivery on the same. Getting your flowers 2 days after the event isn’t quite the point.

Specifically ordered for same day delivery. Was told about 6 hours after my order that it would not be delivered same day, even though I had paid for same day delivery. Then was given $5 to make up for it, which didn’t even cover the difference in cost between same day and next day delivery. A complete scam

Hi Adam, We're sorry to hear your delivery was delayed - unfortunately our partner wasn't working on labour day but forgot to set their shop on holiday. Next day delivery is $14.99 and same day is $19.99 so the refund should match the difference, however we appreciate the feedback on how we could've handled this issue. Thanks, Beth from Floom

My order never reached and the Floom team has done absolutely nothing about it for 5 days! It was meant for someone's birthday and so the whole point of making the effort it lost. This is pretty shocking to be honest. Not sure if this is a scam.

Terrible experience. I placed my order on Saturday to be delivered on Sunday with an extra charge. It’s not only the fact flowers wasn’t delivered on Sunday but they delivered it ONLY on Tuesday!!!!! Also there is no one to pick up the phone when you trying to contact them.

I will never be using Floom again. I needed to order flowers for my girlfriend who was rushed to the hospital for appendicitis surgery in San Francisco. They proceeded to deliver the flowers a day late, and when the flowers were finally delivered — they looked NOTHING like the picture. I ordered the large size of “Yara”. When paying for $100 flowers, you would expect the highest quality and for it to at least somewhat resemble what is advertised on the website. This, was nothing even close. I will never be using Floom again and I reccomend to everyone that you do the same. Terrible experience all around. Just take a look at the photos I attached for what was delivered vs. what was advertised.

Hi Robert, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, I'm so sorry we let you down on such an important day, our florist partner had IT issues and unfortunately missed your order. I can see we offered a delayed delivery but this was not appropriate as your order was so time sensitive so we processed a full refund but I completely understand that this does not make up for missing your anniversary and can only apologise again as we truly appreciate your support.

I ordered an arrangement for my friend who just had a baby and the flowers delivered were nothing like the photo on the website. it was supposed to be a peony but instead it was a bouquet of small cheaper flowers. Very frustrating - they should have delivered another one as a compensation but they just gave a small discount

Hi Evangelia, thanks for taking the time to leave us your review, we are so sorry you were disappointed that the peony was missing from your arrangement, as its coming to the end of the peony season our florist partner did not have any of high enough quality to send out so they added in other stems to the same value rather than cancel your order but you should have been notified of this in advance of sending out so apologies this did not happen on this occasion. As peonies were not available it was not possible to send out a replacement bouquet which is why we refunded the cost of the missing stem. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future as we truly appreciate your support.

Didn’t deliver the day they were supposed to and claims to have delivered the next day, in the late afternoon, but the recipient never got it. She lives in a perfectly safe neighborhood so my guess is, they were never actually delivered. Don’t waste your time, money, or energy—this company is a SCAM.
