I placed a flower order for more than $200 in chicagowhich floom accepted and passed to another florist. I was advised of a 2 day delay then after much follow up from me they advised order could not be fulfilled due unforseen issue and cancelled with refund. Leaves me frustrated and order recipient without flowers on her special day

Placed my order and my payment was taken immediately. Then I receive an email stating they couldn’t deliver the flowers on the date or time selected and that I must wait 5-10 days for a refunds

a small bouquet, although I ordered a large one. The photo and description on the website do not correspond to the received bouquet, some flowers were not there at all

Horrible service, I ordered a bouquet Sunday to be delivered Monday (which was never delivered) and the team still hasn’t contacted me in regards to a refund. And then they send me this email asking me to rate their service. I’ll never use this service again.

Hi Joann & Ron Im sorry, there have been issues with your order. I understand your order wasn't delivered. I can see you have been in touch with the Customer Services Team. An investigation did take place in finding out what happened to your order. Florists normally have 24 hours to respond. Ive checked this and the florist hasnt responded. As a result, I have processed your full refund. This will reach your account in the next 5-7 working days. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

I payed for a flower that was with the sign “delivery today” because it was for a birthday on Sunday, but received it on Tuesday 2 days after my friends birthday.

Terrible presentation, awful customer service- birthday surprise was ruined. Birthday wishes card was missing! Stay away from this company. Total waste of money

I ordered a delivery for my parents anniversary on 14 Jul, paying for delivery on 19 Jul. My parents have yet to receive the order as if 21 Jul. Blaming the hot weather in the delayed delivery but no offer of compensation etc.

I have requested the delivery to be done on 18.07 - and yet not delivered! no close customer support. after two days no real action/ update. so disappointing. you should be already aware that delivering flowers on time is so important - it is part of the occasion. it is already late to send the flowers - we have missed the right time for the occasion.

Failed to deliver on a agreed date and therefore spoiled the birthday surprise. They did agree to a full refund however dissapointing that the flowers couldn't be delivered.

Unfortunately, the initial experience of Floom was not up to standard. There was a problem with quality of the flowers and delivery. While customer service agents were helpful, it should never have happened in the first place.
