Package never delivered. Called the help center who said they'd get back to me but never did. The site said they'd send a confirmation email when the delivery was made and I never even got one, but they still claim it was delivered? Very confusing from a customer standpoint

I can see your order showed as delivered on our system which means that some investigation is needed with our florist partner however this should never take longer than one working day. I've checked and our team have been in touch this morning and provided a full refund for your order. While I'm disappointed your order didn't reach your recipient as expected, I'm glad we've been able to resolve this for you and I do hope we'll get another chance to make it up to you in future.

Very expensive deluxe bouquet ordered for my friend - what arrived was not at all like the picture and prob worth around half the cost. Very disappointed and customer service require many pictures (which are very hard to obtain when you buy as a gift!) before they even investigate.

While I appreciate it can be tricky to get images when it's been gifted, we do need to see the arrangement to make sure we can provide a fair resolution as well as feedback to our florist to prevent the same from happening again. The flowers sent look nothing like the image. Every flower is different from whats in the image

I specifically used this website because it said I could have same day delivery. It said I had an hour left for same day. Then, later, I get an email saying it can't be today. That's unacceptable. Lottie was helpful and you all are lucky that the family is sitting shiva for multiple days so I was able to do Monday, but what if it was a one-day funeral? That's not okay.

very poor communication in relation to an order that could have been delivered the following day rather than same day and was cancelled with no communication prior to that to see what we wanted to do.

It looks like this particular florist wasn't able to offer any alternatives however I understand the importance of gifting, particularly in your circumstance. Had the worst experience with Floom. I will never use them again. Ordered flowers for my friends birthday and they never arrived. Contacted Floom and they said ‘ sorry we can’t get hold of the florist’: No attempt to try send her another bunch or resolve the issue. What a waste of time. I was ordering from Australia for my friend in New York. So disappointing.

I'm sorry that your order didn't arrive and while we refunded you in full I can totally appreciate the disappointment that we weren't also able to send out another bouquet with another florist. I understand that our customers are often gifting flowers to connect with loved ones from a distance and on this occasion we've let you down. Set my daughter flowers for her birthday. As it so happens her sister also used flume to send her flowers as well. Bloom refused to deliver the flowers since her mother had already sent her some. They took my daughters money but have yet to reimburse her for the flowers that they refused to deliver.

Spent a lot of money for a grieving friend, my order never made it to them and Floom sent me an email that my order had been delivered. Boderline scam.

Hi Emily Im sorry that you are disappointed with your experience. I understand your order is not delivered. Ive looked into your order and can see the florist tried to deliver your order. However, as the recipient wasnt in, the florist returned the flowers to the shop. This is a failed delivery. As a result, please can you email Customer Services email: support@floom.com if you would still like to proceed with delivery of this order.

I called to reschedule delivery and change delivery address they said they did it. They delivered to the right address, but not on the day I rescheduled to. Very disappointed.

Hi Henry Im sorry that you're disappointed. I understand your change of delivery and reschedule of delivery happened but not on the day requested. The reason this didnt happen on the day - is florists need at least 72 hours notice as they deal with perishable goods. Im sorry that this may have caused inconvenience. However, Im glad your gift of flowers was enjoyed by the recipient.

Ordered flowers to come Saturday, no flowers, now Monday and still no flowers. I emailed all day Saturday and I got an email saying they had received it, but then nothing. Currently Floom have stolen the best part of £50 from me. Unfortunately I went on trust pilot too late, but the highest review was 1.5 stars. Edit- emailed on Monday and received refund on Tuesday with full apologies and a discount voucher
