I placed 2 orders to be delivered on the same day. I paid $19.99 for each item to have same day delivery. My second order did not get delivered. It is 2 days later and my gift is now late. It has still not shown up.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend in hospital on a Wednesday. They didn't arrive. Two days later, I received an email saying it had been impossible to deliver because nobody was there to receive them. In a hospital! I made a fuss and eventually they were successfully delivered. Pretty shoddy service, I think.

I can see you have been in contact with our customer support team who are rearranging delivery for you, but I understand the disappointment this must have caused you and apologise for the inconvenience.

Absolutely AWFUL. 3 days after due date (same day delivery) gift of flowers not delivered to my recipient at all. Extremely poor response from customer service - just get told none to take the call. Payment taken instantly not yet returned. I do not recommend Floom. Will use tried and trusted interflora. BTW they are not even based in the US even though there is a US number. Will be sending further report to authorities - something is not right with this company.

I ordered the flowers for my mothers birthday. I placed the order in the am on the 14th. The flowers didn’t arrive until 7pm on her Birthday. Made the flowers feel like an afterthought

I ordered a cute looking bouquet that was highlighted by a green bubble glass vase - which was honestly the selling point. The bouquet was delivered as a sympathy gift to a friend in a 1980's looking clear etched floral vase with no notification. When I contacted Floom about it they wanted multiple pictures to confirm that the order received was not as advertised. Obviously I'm not going to bother the recipient for multiple pictures. Be careful for bait and switch!

Delivered a day late, whilst supposed Sunday delivery was the whole reason why I ordered with Floom. As a result, the flowers have been delivered to a neighbour, but we have no clue to which neighbour. Result: the recipient did not receive any flowers.. The 'delivered' email to me should have included which neighbour it was delivered to + the delivery should have left a message with the recipient where the flowers were delivered (which did not arrive). I should restate: the recipient never received the flowers.

The order was to be delivered Monday the 12th and was stuck on “on the way” for 13 hours. No explanation, no apology, no answer to calls or emails. And I had ordered within plenty of time. So the flowers arrived the day AFTER my boyfriends opening night performance. Nice.

Ordered flowers a week in advance and they did not come on the day we planned. A refund on the delivery fee was given for the flowers to be delivered the next day which was nice but there was no confirmation of whether it was actually delivered the next day.

Paid for same day delivery and flowers were delivered next day, I got an email to confirm delivery on the date requested but flowers were not received - then I spent a full day trying to call, email, DM your team to get an update on where there flowers where. No one answers calls, multiple times on hold and then just cut off, no response to any mails. Considering you are not the actual florists and essentially the service hub your customer service is terrible. Got a response over DM but minimal. The flowers were delivered the next day so my 9.99 was for nothing. I’d had to ask my friend if flowers had been delivered so surprise ruined Flowers were not as per image and considering value paid below expectations (nice but not what I paid for or expected) I live abroad and sometimes flowers are the only way I can celebrate with my family so service is key for me.

Awful awful service. I ordered flowers for my parents 65th wedding anniversary which never turned up and the order was cancelled with no explanation. Despite calling and emailing multiple times I never had any reply. The “live chat” mentioned on the website is non existent. Had to reorder with a reputable company but couldn’t do it for my parents’ special day. Very angry and disappointed.
