Hi Ben Im sorry that you were disappointed with your experience. I understand your order was cancelled. This was due to unforeseen circumstances related to stock. I know this wasnt ideal but the Customer Services Team have cancelled your refund. This you'll receive in the next 5-7 working days. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

Whilst the flowers were nice and delivered as promised, the size of the flowers delivered was tiny when compared to the £120 cost. Very disappointed.

The item was not delivered to the recipient, even though I received email confirmation that delivery was complete. I've reached out to Floom and they have been very slow to discover what happened, and have made no attempt to correct the situation, two days later, and now they've asked for this review. I don't plan to use them again in the future.

Order was never delivered! Don’t use this company if you want your flowers to actually arrive. Such a disappointment that my sister didn’t get her flowers on her birthday :( Don’t recommend this company at all!!

My same day delivery order arrived a day after it was supposed to, souring the experience for my girlfriend. I may never use this service again.

We chose an arrangement that could be delivered the next day for my Brothers 25th anniversary. It was so important he got them that day that I chose Floom for the delivery. Unfortunately they delivered them the following day late in the evening.

Failed to deliver my $200 order of flower, not only on the date promised, but in general. Completely failed to provide the service I paid for. I was assured 3 times by customer service over phone and email that my flowers were out for delivery. Worst service I have ever experienced.

My “same day delivery” was delivered two days later, only after chasing down the customer service did I even know; and the wrong plant was delivered. Super pricey for nothing :(

Hi Yael Thanks for taking the time to review Floom. I understand your order was delivered 2 days late along with the wrong product. I can see you have been communicating with the Customer Services Team. The Team did inform you that the product you had ordered wasnt in stock. My colleague did inform you of a substitution which you had provided consent to. Furthermore, as the order was 2 days late, a delivery fee refund was provided. I googled it to make sure we are sending the flowers from a local store nearby. all my cc transactions came in with an "international transaction fee" out of the UK. Flowers were not delivered on the day.

You didn’t tell the recipient who sent my order. Then said you were protecting my privacy by not telling them. Absolutely ridiculous. Why would I ever use you again?

I ordered some flowers from Floom for a special friend who had lost their husband. not only were they not delivered, but they only casually informed a day later that the order had been cancelled. Heartbroken-Disgraceful lack of service. They should be avoided. Would hope I get some form of compensation

I was notified the day before a birthday delivery that my order was cancelled and I didn’t find the message sent by the representative to be very empathetic of the situation. I would’ve appreciated it if they were a bit more apologetic or understanding of how frustrating this was given the situation. I switched to another company that was able to successfully deliver in time, but the short notice made me scramble.

Extremely disappointed is an understatement - ordered a "superior" size bouquet full of unique expensive flowers. Received a small sad bouquet of carnations and roses (completely different flower type from what was ordered). Also the order was delayed by a day without any kind of update. Decided to go with FLOOM as an upgrade from other flower deliveries, but this was much worse.
