Floom responded quickly to my query when flowers weren’t delivered on the day they we supposed to be. FedEx we’re apparently to blame but flowers were delivered the following day and in good order according to the recipient.

The flowers were delivered after their delivery hours which made me really anxious that they weren't going to be sent out on the day I needed them.

The flower arrangement did not match up to the picture on the website which was disappointing. I also assumed a morning email with an expected delivery window to know when my partner would be surprised rather than wait for a delivery email between 10:00AM and 6:00PM. But appreciated the service.

Little disappointed as not quite as shown in photo! Also I paid for extra flowers I felt it wasn’t worth the money as looked no bigger than the large!

The flowers unfortunately were delivered a day late and the note was written as if it was a last minute hurried thing. Words spelled wrong and punctuation forgotten. Pretty disappointed, just wish customer service would have made it right. I’ve had great experiences in the past. This was hopefully just a fluke.

The flowers were beautiful but were delivered a little late, not a problem in itself but the tracking still said on they way all evening so had to call the recipient and ask, which took away the ‘nice surprise’ element of sending them. In fact the status didn’t change to delivered until the next day.

I really like the idea of supporting independent florists. But the arrangements offered, although artistically arranged, were sparse and about twice the price of the big name companies’. I don’t feel I got good value for the money I spent.

The flowers itself were fine - however I had written a card to go along (in a foreign language). The card was full of mistakes and it looked like it was written by a child which wasn’t great - I understand that the language was different but I don’t think the message was very difficult to copy if someone would have perhaps dedicated some attention to detail to this exercise.

I purchased a bouquet of flowers for my mother’s birthday in the UK. I did same day delivery as I knew I could t get it to her on the actual day. The delivery did not arrive on the day scheduled and nobody reached out to me until I enquired about it. I was refunded my same day fee and the service after this was quick and efficient . I would use the service again.

The ordering process was easy. I got an email asking about substituting some of the flowers and even though I responded right away, I think my response was ignored. Which is fine really, but I thought the communication could've been clearer ("this is what we are doing" vs "what do you think").

I think it would be helpful if measurements of the flower & vase are included. The flower arrangement I ordered, turn out to be too huge for the table. Orchids were soft to touch, meaning that they are unlikely to last long.

Hi Lyndy, thanks for your review. We understand it can be tricky to get an idea of sizing when purchasing bouquets online and we do encourage our florists to include as much information as possible, such as measurements however this can be tricky due to each stems uniqueness.

The fact that you can't pick a time slot adds a bit of stress on the customer. Not knowing when exactly the delivery will/should arrive is a bit of a deterent; but the notes were read and delivery was at the time desired so that was awesome just stressful.

I'm sorry you found the lack of delivery info stressful Ariel. Whilst we would love to offer tracking on all of our deliveries, at the moment our florists use a range of delivery methods to fulfil orders however you're welcome to reach out to us in future and we'll make every effort to obtain an ETA for your order.

I was a bit bummed because the flowers that were delivered didn't look like the flowers that were shown on the product page - had I known they were going to look like how they looked, I would have ordered something else, especially considering how costly it was. I do appreciate the fast delivery, though.

I'm sorry your order wasn't 100% as pictured Chelsea. On occasion, where stem availability is low, our florists may need to tweak the recipe slightly to ensure your recipient still receives a high quality arrangement. I'm sorry you weren't made aware in advance and I hope your recipient loved their delivery regardless

The flowers themselves were perfect. Exactly as advertised. But I was outraged to discover that despite clearly being a birthday present (as it was mentioned in the hand written personalised note attached) and choosing the option to “leave with a neighbour” if no one was home they sent a text to the recipient that included “Flowers” in the sender name which COMPLETELY ruined the surprised I had intended. I realise they were just checking whether they would be home to receive them but WHY when I had chosen an option for if they weren’t home. There are plenty of neighbours to choose from if the first house they tried weren’t in either. So overall I was left very frustrated and livid that they completely ruined the birthday surprised, ESPECIALLY considering how VERY expensive the bouquet was to begin with. I’m afraid I won’t be using this company again and I warn anyone intending their order as a surprised to leave the recipient contact details blank (as I was under the impression they would only be used if there was an issue with delivery. Not just to inform them of when the “surprise” would arrive. Throughly disappointed and aggravated.

The bouque I received today is not look like as the pic on the web. Most of it are not bloomed, they are flower buds. I hope it will be better look a few days latter. But, when it's as a gift, I think who received it will be disppointed.

Thanks for your review - on occasion, our florists will send stems while still partially in bud which increases the longevity of your bouquet so your recipient can enjoy them for longer

Bouquet I selected was all peonies. Saw the bouquet delivered and it was all roses. Would not have chosen this bouquet if I knew it was going to be roses.
