I would give this 3 star because I was grateful they were able to do a same day delivery but I was upset to see with how much the price was for the flowers that didn't look like the picture advertised. :( I mean the flowers weren't AWFUL by all means but I think they could have looked a lot better like in the picture advertised. :\

Having previously used Floom and been very pleased, I ordered again to send a gift- a bunch of 10 peonies-no greenery, no vase- for the somewhat exorbitant 90+pounds. But peonies are v special, A few hours later Floom emailed: 'some of the items in your selection are unavailable and the florist will substitute'- there was only 1 type of flower and the only reason I had been willing to pay that price was for peonies, so I rang. The service representative told me oh they would probably sub in peony style roses-frankly a ridiculous price for 10 roses - so I cancelled, and reordered something else, which the recipient said was lovely but I am not sure the exercise was worth the hassle.

Peonies have a short season and while we do our best to ensure the products available are accurate, some do unfortunately slip through the net and I'm sorry your order was affected Diana. I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and I hope in future we're able to make it up to you, as we have done on previous orders!

While the Bouquet was quite nice it looked nothing like what was advertised and was a lot smaller than it appeared on the website. €73 for a small bouquet of flowers seems a bit ridiculous to me. However, the recipient enjoyed them and thank god is totally unaware of what they were meant to look like or what they cost.

The delivery was great but the stems rotted at the bottom in the water and the whole bouquet smelled rotten. We had to put the flowers on an outdoor table because of the smell. They did look beautiful though!

The flower bouquet that I bought looked prettier in photo that in real life, it was 4 flowers with long stems, disappointing

The bouquet was two thirds yellow and one third red, not a 50/50 bouquet as per the advertised photo.

Sadly, my first experience with Floom will be my last. I ordered flowers that were never received; Floom claimed they were (delivered two days late) and sent me a photo of the delivery in front of a blue door. The intended recipient’s door is red, so Floom ultimately refunded the charges (I think; still waiting). I gave three stars because they agreed to refund, but I do not feel confident ordering from them again.

It was very easy to send flowers from the US to UK. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed 2 days. Customer service was good. I was notified of the new delivery date to continue with the order or cancel with a total refund. Just very disappointed that the arrangement is late.

Good service and flowers arrived on time. However they did not look like the bouquet as advertised online, especially the combination of colours.

Was able to purchase and send flowers from abroad. Wish I could be more specific for time of delivery as it was from 10am to 6pm and I was delivering to someone who works. Could be nice to have an am or pm option at least. I felt the bouquet was a bit expensive for what it was although could just be prices in London.

The picture of the arrangement online is not what was delivered. It had some of the same flowers but not really. The vase wasn't clear or as tall as in the picture. For the money I paid I feel the bouquet delivered was disappointing.

The flowers I sent to my grandmother were pretty and undamaged, however I placed the order at least 3 days before her birthday but they did not get to her house until after 5pm. Would have been nice if she could have had them a little earlier

I’m disappointed it did not look like the picture at all. I understand a minor tweak but it was not the same at all. The vase was basic/clear, a completely different style and color than shown in your photo…different flowers.. and it was missing a whole color.

Great selection and promise of same day delivery. However it was impossible to get ahold of customer service to confirm the delivery would arrive on time. And a complete lack of tracking. I did receive an email later that evening saying the delivery was made but not if it was left or accepted. My order was very time sensitive as my recipient left town the next day for a week. I don't think I'll order from them again for this reason.

The flowers were fantastic but unfortunately came with no instructions for care. This meant we left them in the decorative bag for too long (roughly 48 hours) before transferring them to a vase. There could have been a small card attached giving some basic information and instructions. Disappointing.
