The gift was supposed to arrive by Monday at 6pm but nothing happened until Tuesday. On Tuesday morning, I received a email notifying that my order has been delivered...However! I waited two more hours until I asked my friend if she received anything (it was a birthday gift) but unfortunately she didn't. Only after calling your customer support my order arrived on Tuesday afternoon (24 hours late). I'm not sure it would have even arrived at all if I wouldn't make the phone call. The plant didn't really look like in the pictures.

Easy order process. Peonies died before they came out of their buds though.

Flowers were nice, but did not look like photo. Some of the flowers weren’t very fresh.

Floom is OK, they're charging premium amount for the flowers, and are trying to provide premium services but they're not at that level yet. I ordered 169$ arrangement and the delivered bouquet was different from the photos and was truly awful, I had to apologize to my gf multiple times and order a different bouquet. I didn't ask for a refund but floom in my opinion should have given me full refund they only provided 20% refund.

I ordered same day delivery flowers from a store and was then informed a few hours later that they didn’t have it in stock and in turn I was too late to order same day deliver from somewhere else. The bouquet did look fabulous though and I know I would be giving 5 stars had a received it

Flowers were a little smaller than I had thought they would be so I did feel slightly short changed. Delivery man was over an hour late which was unfortunate as I had scheduled them specifically for an event. Real shame. Great concept tho and if delivery and price was sharpened up I would use again.

Quality of the flowers were good but disappointed by the quantity. Improve the page by showing the different size arrangements for each price bracket.

Bouquet that was delivered did not look like the bouquet online. Arrangement was missing a couple of the flower varieties so it did not have the colorful appearance that was expected. At first glance of the photo I thought the wrong arrangement had been sent.

Sadly, the flowers were very different from those pictured. Different pinks (pale pink in the picture, but barbie pink in reality) and different flowers and greens! The positives are that the bunch that arrived was nevertheless still lovely and my grandmother was very happy.

I think Floom is a great service however I was let down this time, last minute, when they were unable fulfill my order. I will say however that their customer service was very apologetic & quick to do so, so hoping this is a one off.

I ordered and paid for a delivery to be given the day after Mother’s Day but my order never arrived. Thankfully but unfortunately I was able to receive a full refund back and a redelivery a few days later. Excited for her to receive.
