Nice roses but for the high cost, there was no flower food and average wrapping.

Flowers arrived same day (very late in the evening) but the roses were visibly past their prime, shrivelled edges and they never opened. Considering the price I'd think twice before doing it again.

Flowers looked a bit different than the picture. Also one part of the flowers weren’t the best quality. Customer service responded fast and were polite but still didn’t change the outcome.

The floral arrangement was smaller than what was pictured. It is what it is but for the price, we were expecting a bigger arrangement or at least comparable one to what was pictured.

Flowers were absolutely stunning, however, I paid £9 for same day delivery and they didn't arrive until the following morning, so that was very disappointing.

Efficient service but I was a bit disappointed I didn't receive an email confirming delivery. This meant I had to ask the recipient if the delivery had arrived.

Couldn’t order using desktop chrome or safari so I had to do it on my mobile phone. I didn’t get notified that the flowers were delivered until the day after recipient received the flowers.

The bouquet received wasn’t quite as beautiful as what was pictured however it was received on time

Couldn’t get next day delivery and when I received a picture of the flowers I sent from the recipient (which they took on the same day as the bouquet arrived) they looked wilted and far from fresh.

The flowers showed and were beautiful. The instructions were only partially ignored so they did not show up at the correct time.

Beautiful flowers and prompt customer service, but the order was marked delivered ~1.5 hours before it actually happened. That started a customer service cycle of "did you check the area? Did you check with a neighbor?" when the delivery hadn't been made yet.

I live in CA and was looking to have flowers delivered to my daughter who lives in NYC. I was ordering a day in advance. While I recognize that nearly everything is more expensive in NYC, $150 is still a lot to spend on flowers so if I was going to spend that much money, I not only expected a beautiful product but great service. After doing extensive research on a number of NYC florists, what stood out to me was that the florists who had the best reviews were said to have had excellent communication with the purchaser (who is often out of the area and taking a gamble on what they are getting). With respect to Floom, I noticed that the reviews focused more on the artists and their arrangements, rather than the company itself or the quality of the service. Nevertheless, I ultimately decided to go with Floom because of the variety of bouquets I had to choose from. Now, I know I should have paid closer attention to my instincts. The delivery window provided to me was between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm. My one request was that the flowers be delivered as early as possible because they were a congratulatory gift for my daughter's opening night of her musical. I explained in my order that I wanted my daughter to receive them before she left, which would be early afternoon. While I did receive an email confirmation after placing my order, I never received any further communication from Floom. The next day, I repeatedly called my daughter's roommates to see if the flowers had arrived. Knowing my daughter would be leaving soon, I went to my order confirmation to look for a tracking number or even a phone number to call and check on the delivery time. But, there was no tracking number and there was no contact number in the event I had questions or concerns. It appears that Floom is simply an intermediary that takes your order and takes your money and then absolves itself of any further customer service concerns. So, when did the flowers arrive, you ask? At approximately 6:05 p.m. Not as early as possible, as I had asked. Not even within the time frame that I was given. Now, I'm a reasonable consumer. If they were swamped with orders and could not accommodate my request, I can understand that. What I can't understand is the total lack of communication and the total disregard of my request. At the end of the day, the floral arrangement that was delivery was nice. I wasn't blown away and it wasn't exactly as the picture represented it to be, but it was pretty enough. I won't likely use Floom again. There are too many other florists in NYC with great reviews.

The flowers I sent my friend wasn't the same as the photo I selected. I understand that the type of flowers may change but it was a small arrangement for $100 plus which could have been more if I buy it from Safeway. I was disappointed because there was supposed to be a variety of flowers but it looked like a plain white bouquet arranged in a small vase. Wasn't worth my money but it got delivered on time so that wasn't bad at all. I just wish it could've been as beautiful as what's in the website's picture.

The flowers don’t last very long at all. Also I ordered because I saw in the pictures they are bright yellow roses but instead I got pale peach colors

Ordering was made very easy on the site. Also they provided Sunday delivery time, which I very much appreciated. However, the flowers were marked as delivered when they had not yet been. They arrived two hours later.
