Quick and easy process and a site with a ton of options- however the bouquet I selected online was pretty different than what was delivered!

Smooth and fast delivery. Pity the flowers were not in good shape upon arrival - three of them had fallen off :(

The process of ordering was easy but bouquet was a bit different from the picture as the roses (4 of them) were the only flowers that were in bloom when arriving while the other flowers were still closed. It looked a bit disappointed. A week after delivery, the lillies are finally starting to open but the other flowers still haven't bloom yet while the roses are withering... Which there would have bloom all together.

Unfortunately I experienced some issues with delivery. Delivery was expected on Tuesday, on Wednesday I received an email saying it had been delivered, but the recipient could not find the delivery anywhere. Finally on Friday the package mysteriously arrived on her front porch (which had been searched the previous two days). On the plus, the plant is beautiful and in good condition. I do understand that not every delivery can go smoothly 100% of the time and am glad the plant arrived in the end. Hopefully it will go smoother for future customers.

I gifted some to a friend and there were 4+ fewer roses than in the pictures and I paid for the supreme bouquet. It was beautiful, but it did not look different from the cheaper ($77 vs. $114) version that I received from a friend on my birthday.

i may have been very happy with my order had the florist paid attention to the delivery date and not delivered two weeks early! at least they volunteered to deliver it again on the requested date.

Unfortunately, due to the differing delivery routes of all of our florists - we cannot provide an ETA of delivery nor can we accept time specific requests. Easy to use - nice flowers too. The gift was supposed to be a welcome to someone on their first day in a new job, so I was a little disappointed that the flowers were delivered on the stroke of 6pm, just as they were leaving the office...

The delivery window for all florists is between 10am to 6pm. I hope that the recipient enjoyed their welcome gift for the end of their first day in their new job.

Delivery was not completed by the time they said it would be, communication from florist was limited (did not send an email when order was en route as had been noted on the Floom site, only when delivered.) Reached out to Floom for assistance as wasn't sure if order had even gone through and they were not able to provide any intel.

The order was not delivered on the selected date. Therefore ruining a birthday present. However the support team was quite responsive: the delivery charge was removed and a discount code was offered. Overall I may use them again in the future as it seems they are serious about this.

The service was quick and easy to use (this I appreciate especially as we ordered a sympathy bouquet on Christmas Eve…) Unfortunately the bouquet received didn’t look like the one in the photo. I understand making changes to flowers based on availability, but this time it lost the mood of the bouquet. Too bad as it was very expensive and the mood didn’t meet the occasion. I would also appreciate knowing what bouquets come with vases in this site as for me, when ordering is often needed. Thanks.

After placing our first company order of around £100 through this marketplace, and entering an email to get free delivery) checkout did not deduct deliver cost. Customer services were contacted but didn't want to know. Unfortunately, they have now lost a potential customer who orders 30 to 40 flower deliveries each year.

Whilst I appreciate that "delivery might occur outside given parameters at busy times" I paid for flowers to be delivered between 8am and 6pm and they were not delivered until almost 9pm at night!

Only white roses used - not pale violet as advertised. Also appeared significantly smaller than it appeared and one would expect for £60. Still a nice bunch of flowers but a little disappointing when you’re expecting something special for a 30th birthday.

I would not recommend. The bouquet Was nothing like the picture. I paid $200 for a bouquet that was full of flower to only get sparse stems vaguely resembling the actual product advertised.
