Flowers were not delivered on date requested and no update on delivery the day after. Speaking to the recipient the flowers had not turned up after 2days.

Totally disappointed and will never use it again. It cancelled my order in the last minute and you know how disasters would be! Don’t risk it !!

Hi Hei I'm so sorry to read that you're disappointed with your order. I understand that your order was for delivery on New Year's Day. Unfortunately, there were no florists open in the country on this day. I understand that the Customer Services Team did relay this information to you and provided a resolution. Either way, I hope we can redeem ourselves in the future should you place an order.

I live overseas and ordered a bouquet for my friends birthday and after two days, my order was cancelled. Very disappointed that alternative arrangements weren’t made to get the flowers to my friend, even if they would be late.

Hi Kristin I'm so sorry to read about your disappointment with your Floom order. I understand that you had requested this delivery for 1st January 2022. I apologise here but no florist was available to deliver these flowers in the country on New Year's Day. Alternative arrangements were not possible to make as all florists were closed. I'm sorry this was this case. I hope we can redeem ourselves in the future should you shop with us again.

Ordered flowers on new years eve on the guarantee that they would be delivered on new years day. Having paid extra to do so, I got an email at 2pm on the day of delivery to tell me that they couldn't fulfil my order and were refunding the money. Thanks Floom - you were about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Strongly recommend to avoid. Appalling from start to finish. Ordered flowers for my sister's birthday to arrive on New Year's Day. No flowers delivered on time or at all, leaving one very disappointed sister. After I emailed in the evening, they told me to wait 24 hours for a response. 24 hours later they tell me that the flowers were not in fact available, but they can arrive on 4 January, so 3 days late. Then no offer of any reasonable resolution, save a 10% discount on a future offer, which I will clearly not be using. Much better flower delivery companies out there, that do not wrongly advertise available deliveries / actually organise the delivery of the flowers you pay for / properly resolve issues when things do go wrong.

Hi Benjamin I'm sorry to read about your disappointment in your review. I understand that you had ordered for 1st January 2022. All efforts were made to try to find alternative arrangements for an available florist to deliver. Unfortunately, the majority of the florists were closed at this time of the year. That's why 4th January date was offered as florists were available to deliver for this day. I'm so sorry that you had a disappointed member of the family - this I can understand. I hope we can redeem ourselves in the future should you place an order with Floom.

Hi Valentina Thank you for taking the time to review. I understand that your order was cancelled. I can see The Customer Services Team contacted you regarding flower substitutes but as it was New year's Eve and we didn't hear from you by 3:30pm. As a result, the order had to be cancelled as the florist wouldn't have been able to deliver your order in time. I'm so sorry about this. I hope in the future, we can redeem ourselves should you place an order.

Ordered flowers with a promised delivery of same day. Floom failed to deliver same day, and no one from customer service replied to my messages checking in. Then when they finally responded it was clear they actually have no ability to guarantee what florists are going to do and are simply an intermediary trying to profit off offering a service they can’t (and aren’t even trying to) actually provide. Save yourself the headache and just order direct from your local florist.

Absolutely dreadful flowers that looked nothing like the image and extremely expensive for what was received. Customer service was good - except I have not heard back from them since Friday. Hopefully I will have contact next week but I was only offered a 30% refund. The flowers were not worth the amount I paid even with the discount. Will never use again.

My flowers simply never arrived. This service is either a scam or horribly run. I ordered flowers for family in California on Dec 14 and they never received them. I had to engage my bank to cancel funds 10 days later and then chase FLOOM to find out what happened. They apologized and offered me a 10% coupon on my next purchase. There won't be one! Do not use this service.

Hi Greg I'm sorry for the disappointment I can read in your review. I understand Floom's Customer Support Team based in the US tried to contact you regarding your order. Unfortunately, this situation was out of their hands as due to unforeseen reasons the florist couldn't fulfil your order. Therefore, as a result, your order was cancelled and a refund was provided. When this happens - we cannot place another order as the refund has been provided. I'm so sorry this happened and I hope should you place an order with Floom in the future that we can redeem ourselves.

My delivery was supposed to arrive on 30th but the status is still with the florist. Very disappointed. My order was short notice however I picked your florist purposely as they guaranteed next day delivery. I have requested a refund however I still haven’t heard anything.

I placed an order on December 29th for delivery on January 1st. My credit card was charged immediately - these flowers were for my niece's 21st birthday and no flowers have arrived. I have not been able to contact anyone due to the time of year. I am extremely disappointed, and its doubtful I will be able to obtain an refund. Next time I will only use local florists known to me.

Hi Theresa I'm sorry to read about this in your review. I understand that you had specified for the delivery of your order for the 1st January 2022. The Customer Service Team did contact you to ask if you would like delivery of your order on the 31st December as the next day the florist was closed. As we didn't hear from you, we had to cancel your order and provide a full refund. You should receive this within the next 5-7 working days. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

I asked for a refund four times and I never received a reply. I got an email that my flowers were delivered late but they were never delivered. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. This is the worst service I have ever received

Hi Rotem et al I'm sorry for the disappointment caused with your order. I have read through your emails and understand that your order was time sensitive. As a result, you had requested an immediate refund. This we couldn't process as we have to investigate the matter with the florist. I can see that the Customer Services Team were engaged with dialogue with you and your refund would've been issued to you. However, you have now proceeded with the Credit Card company. I assure you we would've refunded your monies - had you given us the time to conduct our investigation. Either way, I hope we can redeem ourselves should you wish to place an order with us in the future.

Never ever use this florist - absolutely hopelessly run business - I ordered a delivery of flowers for a 50 th birthday and 3 days AFTER they were supposed to deliver them they emailed to say there was a delay and did I mind waiting another week to get them, what a hopelessly run business and obviously I did mind the flowers being delivered 10 days later than the actual birthday. Which they must have realised since there was a note with the delivery but it must be run by an idiot.

Hi Victoria I'm sorry for the disappointment caused. I understand your order was for 27th December and the Customer Services Team had kept in communication with you at all times regarding your order. Looking at the communication - I can see that as an alternative arrangement couldn't be offered as at this time of the year majority of the florists were closed. An alternative day later in the new year was offered as florists shops are open then. As a result, as your order was time-sensitive - a full refund was provided. I hope in the future we can redeem ourselves should you wish to shop with Floom again.

The Customer Services Team did inform you about your order and cancellation. I can also see in the communication that a refund was issued 1 day later. This hopefully you have received now as it does take 5-7 working days to receive in your account. I hope in the future we can redeem ourselves should you wish to order with Floom again.

This bouquet was delivered in a complete different style! Eventhough we were notified there will be some small substitutions based on the market, I was still expecting a similar look and feel. But instead my friend just received some basic roses. Unfortunately was very unsatisfied with this order.

I ordered with Floom in an attempt to patron a local business and was very disappointed by my experience. Although my order was marked as "delivered", I found out several days later (after many emails back and forth with customer service) that it had NOT been delivered by the 3rd party vendor. This was a condolence bouquet and was not received for over a week after it had been ordered. Very unhappy with my experience with Floom and will not be utilizing their service again.
