I am quite disappointed with the responsiveness and quality of customer service that I received with this order. I understand I had a same-day delivery and coordination can be difficult, especially given my delivery's timing constraint; however, I truly received the bare minimum in terms of customer service. In fact, I second guess whether your team actually tried to contact the florist at any point. As a business that provides the service of being an online marketplace for local floral businesses, I would expect end customer service and communication with florists to be among your top capabilities and highest priorities. So, while I won't be using Floom again or recommending it to anyone, I hope that this feedback is helpful.

Hi Ryan Thank you for your valuable comments and review. I've explored your case and can see that you had contacted the Customer Services Team. I can see that both of you were engaged in continuous dialogue. In terms of your order, an order cannot be cancelled straight away. I know this may be frustrating on your part. However, we have to contact and investigate issues with the florist. Unfortunately, at the slow time of the year - this took longer than we anticipated. I'm sorry, this was the case. I hope in the future we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom.

Delivery was supposed to be on Jan. 10 but wasn't delivered until Jan. 13 Edit: Floom responded to my review with "While your order was delayed, I can assure you this was flagged on the day. However, due to unforeseen reasons, the florist couldn't fulfil your order on the day". So I just wanted to add I put in the order on the 9th to be delivered on the 10th, my sibling had ordered on the 10th and their order was delivered on the 10th. Both of our orders came from the same florist and went to the same address, so obviously the florist was able to fulfil my order on the 10th but somehow missed it. The flowers were beautiful (Kendall Flower Shop in Cambridge, MA), ordering through Floom was convenient, but be aware that the delivery time isn't guaranteed and Floom won't own up to their mistakes or notify you that there's a delay.

I ordered a same day delivery to a business and the florist attempted to deliver at 7:30 in the evening. Therefore I had to pay the delivery charge twice to have flowers delivered the next day.

Hi Arden I'm sorry to read about your disappointment with the order. I understand that you had placed an order for delivery to a business address. One of the aspects we cannot guarantee is ETA as each florist have their own delivery plans. As the delivery address was business - this closed for 6 pm. As a result, the delivery couldn't be made. The florist will usually take their flowers back to their shop then leave in an unsafe place that will ruin their designs. As a result of this, the delivery charge was added again the next day as the first delivery attempt failed. Either way, I hope your gift of blooms was enjoyed by your recipient.

I was so disappointed with the service. They did deliver the bouquet on time but the actual flowers they delivered were SO different than the ones I ordered. They looked so ugly and I was so upset that they were delivered for my sisters anniversary.

Incredibly disappointed. I ordered a bouquet and even spent the extra money for the "supreme" version only to receive an arrangement that looked nothing like what I ordered. I understand arrangements aren't exactly as the picture portrays, but the bouquet delivered didn't have any of the same flowers or color scheme like the one I ordered.

Hi Chris Im sorry that you were disappointed with the cancellation of your order. The Customer Support Team did notify you that it was due to unforeseen circumstances on part of the florist that this order was cancelled. As we were aware that it was a birthday present - we didnt want to delay and provided a full refund of your order. I hope we're able to redeem ourselves should you choose to order again with us.

Disappointing experience. Did not get the same day delivery that I paid for, did not get the bouquet I ordered because I ran out, did not get a comparable bouquet delivered. I was sending this to a friend to cheer them up and after $80, this was barely accomplished at all. I won’t be using Floom again.

Hi, this time I was not pleased at all. Flowers were delivered much later than I was able to choose on the calendar of the website. And on top the colours of the flowers were far from what I had ordered. Yes, I am aware that sometimes colours vary. So… I am complaining that I did not get the service at all, though I Laufdistanz almost 100 $. I just did not like it. Kind regards, Heide-Marie Strnad

Charge my card then says my order cannot be processed. No replies to my daily email and call. This is just like theft.

Literally a different bouquet entirely. Looks nothing like what I ordered. I also made sure to order SAME DAY within the allotted time period on the site, however, flowers arrived the next day.

Very poor service. Ordered next day delivery and flowers did not arrive. Had to chase twice for an update and was told the order could not be fulfilled. Was refunded and given 10% off a future order but meant that my recipient received no birthday gift

didn't arrive the day i ordered it. was offered a full refund. i accepted the refund offer, instead they sent the flowers to someone who wasn't there any more and i received no money back. i still demand my refund.
