Paid for same-day delivery. 3 days later, it still has not been delivered. Did not receive any confirmation of delivery or info on status. I still haven't heard anything. Very unhappy with the experience.

Order placed last Thursday for Saturday delivery. In absence of recipient, florist said they would deliver on Sunday. Did not happen. I called Floom on Monday, they told me the florist was going to call me. Did not happen. I sent an email to Floom today and left a voicemail as well. No reply. Have requested a refund. No answer. Anybody at Floom?

Hi William I'm so sorry that you've been frustrated with your order. I understand that your delivery failed. The florist did try to contact you. I've looked through the system and cannot see an email from you with the email address provided. Nevertheless, I'm going to investigate this matter further with the florist. Very disappointing service. I’ve ordered flowers with the same-day delivery service and was charged accordingly, but the flowers were only delivered the day after. When I tried to contact Floom’s customer service, their website wasn’t loading.

Was very disappointed when I saw what was sent was not fully what I had ordered. Rang customer service a number of times and they never answered. Even left a message for them to call me back and they so far haven't.

The flowers were left at the bottom of the building. Our neighbors found them. Tried to contact customer service, no one answers or got back to me. First and last time I order with Floom.

I think they are a fraud. Ordered flowers, I was charged and they didn’t deliver and not answering emails or calls!!

Ordered flowers from Australia, for my niece in hospital after serious dog attack. I was unaware there was an issue of sending flowers to hospital in UK due to Covid. . No mention of it on website. Family member advised within an hour of order to cancel. Floom confirmed the flowers wouldn't get to hospital and said they would email florist. No more contact from Floom. Followed up the following day and was told they couldn't be cancelled. The flowers were sent to the hospital and rejected, they were then forwarded to her home address. Not only was it not next day delivery but my niece will not even see the flowers. If Floom are aware of these restrictions why accept orders to hospitals. Why is there no mention on website? Poor show.

Hi Karen I'm so sorry that you've been disappointed with your order. I understand you had placed an order which was a nationwide order. I've looked into this and can see you have contacted Floom Customer Services Team. Looking at the emails - I can see by the time the order was cancelled the florist had sent through to DPD nationwide courier. This was not possible to cancel then. As we deal with perishable goods we do need a notice 48 hours prior to the delivery. I can see the Customer Services Team have diverted the flowers and delivered to an alternate address you provided. Customer Services Team tried to do this best they could so that your niece could get this order. I can see that order was delivered today at the alternate address you provided.

Never shopping from Floom again. I live in SF, and I was so excited to send my newly engaged friends in Brooklyn a bouquet from a local shop. I placed my order on 1/13 with a promised delivery of 1/14. It’s now 1/16 and still no delivery. Funny how you’re asking for my review with no execution of your services. Terribly disappointing.

The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the photo and were sub-par especially considering the very high price. The customer reps offered me a discount on future orders. No thanks.

The flowers arrived 3 days late. when i called to ask you r company what happened, i received an email telling me the flowers had been delivered when they had not and a whole extra day was needed without any contact on the part of floom.
