“I'd actually like to complain. These valentine's Day flowers arrived at 10:30pm. I was asleep and my partner essentially didn't get her flowers. I'd like a refund.”

“Completely useless, they took my booking on Valentines Day at 11am promising delivery by latest 6pm, they charged me a ridiculous £49 for 12 roses, as it was same day and guess what not only did they not turn up at all, the company supposed to be delivering lied and said it had been delivered, so not only the embarrasment of not actually having flowers delivered to my partner at all, I had Floom accusing me of telling lies, they did refund but what a HORRIBLE experience!”

“I will not be using this service again unfortunately. I spent £50 on a bouquet to be delivered to my friend’s office during work hours. As delivery times appear as 9-6, I hoped to be notified if they were going to deliver later. Long story short, the flowers arrived three hours late, when the office had already closed. My friend works part time and got dead flowers as a surprise. Absolutely pitiful service.”

“The delivery times advertised were 10am-6pm. It does state in the t&cs that it may exceed this time, but the flowers weren't delivered until 7.30pm. My wife was no longer at the office at that time, and had to pick the flowers up the following day. The flowers themselves where not as expected, they were wilted and we were both very disappointed. I have also contacted customer support via your contact forms regarding this, and as of yet have received an acknowledgement stating you'll get back to me when you can, it's been a couple of days now and I've not had a response.”

“I placed an order on 14th Feb 2022 at 5.41am for same day delivery at postal code W71QQ London bearing an order no. b84d2b2. However the delivery could not be made. I have requested the refind since the payment was made through credit card and no refund has yet been made. So i am very dissappointed with the services.”

“I ordered flowers on Valentine's Day, but my delivery was cancelled; I got a refund. I decided to order the same flowers for the next day, but I received another message that there were no flowers to make the bouquet. There were options to fill the bouquet with different types of flowers on which I agreed, but two days have passed, and nothing has been delivered yet. Very disappointed.”

“Flowers where never delivered to my mother. Even though it shows delivered. And days later I still do not have a resolution. I tried Floom to do something different and I saw it recommended on someone’s page that I follow. But this has been a terrible experience. I guess I’m going back to the usual places. At least they are reliable. 😞”

“Misadvertised bouquet, poor customer service resolution, dishonesty from both the florist partner and floom. I will never recommend Floom to anyone, and instead recommend a competitor such as Interflora or Serenata. I will also go to efforts to make sure my employer (Google) de-boosts Floom on our search engine.”

“The bouquet I ordered for Valentine s day wasn’t delivered although the cost was deducted from my bank account. It’s very disappointing and is the first time I’ve experienced a florist letting us down. it’s the first time I ve used Floom and won’t do so again. I have emailed asking for an explanation and await a refund and an explanation .”
