DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I would give Floom 0 stars if I could. I tried to purchase flowers for delivery in Brooklyn for Valentine’s Day, which they charged an extra $15 to do. That was fine. What was not fine was that the flowers never delivered from the florist. I can understand busyness on a holiday. But three days go by and I’m unable to get answers from Floom customer service on the flowers. Moreover, they never tried to make it right and strung me along for days. I hear from them once the day after Valentine’s where they apologized that the florist never delivered them and ask if I still want them delivered. I said yes I do want them delivered and my fee refunded. No response. Then another day goes by and no answers from Floom. It wasn’t delivered then either and no information on whether it would be. I’m asking for a refund and the flowers to still be delivered. No response. On the third day, they abruptly cancelled my order and refunded me … without delivering anything.They didn’t respond to my concerns or what I asked for. My girlfriend never got any flowers now 3 days after Valentine’s Day. Very unfortunate, unresponsive and unaccountable service. I implore you NOT to use Floom in the USA. They ruined my Valentine’s Day plans and wasted several of my days.

Service was ok but Valentine's day flowers were delivered on 2/15. If you can't deliver on time then don't take my order. At the very least you could've returned the extra fee I paid specifically to have delivered on 2/14.

Delivery was delayed and the vibe of Valentine was not as per plan. Given the fact that the cost for delivery is a huge price, one at least would expect that package will be on time. Flowers were not the same colour as per the provided picture on the website.

BUYER BEWARE. I have a feeling the reviews here are largely falsified - if you check social media reviews you will see they are very poor. Purchased flowers (paid the extra fee for a quick delivery) which never arrived. Called support, was told they'd get back to me within 24 hours - never heard from them. Sent multiple messages and received no more than the automated email saying my message was sent. I will have to charge back the charge because I can't even get in touch with someone to refund me. Awful, awful, awful experience.
