This is by far the worst flower delivery service I have ever used. Ordered next day delivery flowers for my friends birthday. It’s been three days, multiple emails and calls and they still haven’t arrived, I’ve requested a refund twice and heard nothing. I will not be using this service again.

Flowers were more than 2 days late and I kept getting the runaround on updates. I had to call 3 times to try to cancel and the first 2 times i was convinced to not cancel. This place is a scam.

The flowers were ordered for Valentines and they were delivered on the 16th. Also flowers were not what I ordered.

I received the saddest bouquet of flowers for Valentine’s Day. Cost £55 plus £6.95 delivery. There were 8 blooms and foliage. Of the 8 blooms 4 were dead or damaged. I contacted Floom and was promised a resolution in 24 hours - I’m still waiting. First and last time of using them stick to Freddies or Arena!!!

Do not purchase anything from here. You might see positive reviews, but they’re fake. The trust pilot score is riddled with negative reviews and rightly so. Honestly, if you think it’s worth looking past this review because it’s just one disgruntled customer, prepare to be disappointed. The customer service is up there with worst. False promises regarding delivery, which they’ve delayed 4 times. They flag the status on the website to make you think they’re sending it out, but they don’t. It’s just flowers, so I’m not bothered about the items being delayed, it’s on principle. Fake reviews making this company seem like a top flowers company on the internet, when in reality it’s practically a one man band, scamming customers and sending false promises. Please don’t look past this review amongst the fake positive ones. The customer service team pretend to get updates on where the delivery is saying “it’ll be delivered today” but by end of day it isn’t, and they’ll ignore your messages and not pick up the phone. P.S. Floom tries to sell its unique differentiator on “same / next day delivery”, but they don’t have the network for this, it’s absolutely a lie. Check trustpilot. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered on Valentine's day. I didn't get notification that this wasn't possible until the day after. I thin that's totally unacceptable. I would expect to at least be notified on the day. That way I could've made other arrangements.

waited two days for my "same day delivery" - was not contacted so i had to contact to find out what was going on/that the florist could not complete the order.

The compaany did not call me for Valentines day and never showed up. Floom promised it would be delivered the next day again it was not. Then on day three they cancelled the order and offered me 10% yet the damage was already done as I missed Valentines day flowers for 3 days.

Zero Stars, please never order from this company. They do not deliver the same day, the flowers are dingy and not worth their labeled prices, and there is no type of customer service accountability.

My delivery was set for 2/14. It arrived on 2/16.

I paid for same-day delivery on the 14th, and the flowers did not arrive that day. There was no way for me to contact the florist. When I filled out the contact form to request help, I heard from no one. I received a notification that the flowers were delivered on the 15th, but they were not delivered. They finally arrived four hours after I received the notification that they were delivered.

Got a delivery at 10:30pm at night way past the delivery expectation. Flowers didn’t come as shown in the picture.
