I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for my daughters birthday. i ordered the day before as suggested on the website. i received an e-mail suggesting the order had been cancelled and that my money would be refunded. it was not from Floom and I thought it was a scam. the flowers never arrived and a follow up email resulted in a phone call from which it was decided that the order was indeed cancelled and my money would return in a number of days. my request by email later to fill an alternative order instead of the refund was not possible - all very disappointing.

1-Super expensive for what recipuent received and when comparing with sane or better, bigger floral arrangement from other trust-worthy well known nyc florists! 2- unprofessional reply from c s. person who picked my call after long delay a d with a simple and poorly audible..' hello' instead of identifying name and entity!! 3- very confusing, incoherent and almost misleading info and reply and same c s. Person.. 4- HUNG UP on me when I inquired further and then, requested a refund!!! Rude!!! Dudn't suggest reaching out to a customer service e supervisor nor attempted to offer an satisfactory solution to make ne-- a first time client-- happy and a possible future customer!!! Review sent to Yelp and my c.c. issuing bank dispute dept informed accordingly.

Didn’t deliver on Valentine’s Day like I paid for, then after I requested a cancellation and refund they delivered the next after noon and ignored my request. Awful

Poor service. The flowers came a day late and I was not notified of this. I had to call to follow up and am still waiting to be compensated and to find out what caused the delay.

Horrendous. Company effextively committed fraud sending me flowers that looked like these for $250. That is notwithstanding the lack of company response + tardy delivery.

The order was never processed and the customer service would never pick up the phone even though I tried calling more than 10 times on the day.

this was the worst experience i have had purchasing flowes online. The flowers were never delivered and I spent over 20 minutes 2 times on an international call waiting for someone to pick up and the recording finally told me that there was no one available. I left a message and sent an email trying to get some answers and I got no response. Absolutely terrible experience.

I've used floom once and all of my order was wrong. As of now I haven't heard anything from them about getting my money back or replacing my order. They have only asked me to leave a positive review.

The worst service and customer support I have used in recent years. Floom failed to deliver on Valentine’s Day, and have since not been able to work out what happened and actually do the problem.

My flowers came over a day late, were mostly partially dried or already falling over, and the arrangement was not as described. I reached out to support and received no response on either day.
