Order number 6e71156. Ordered for same day delivery on Valentines day. Was waiting at the door for the flowers to come yet did not hear anything. I contacted their support team who said it was a failed delivery. Obviously I was confused by this as I had put "If no one answers door leave on door step" on the delivery instructions and I was LITERALLY SAT AT THE DOOR WAITING FOR DELIVERY FOR OVER 6 HOURS. I contacted the support team to let them know of this and spoke to ;Zain , Chloe, Abdallah, David, Yvonne and some others who hung the phone up when I asked for their name!. Every. Single. Agent had told me this matter would be resolved and they would be contacting me for a redelivery and a REFUND on the same day delivery fee ( as I clearly didn't get it in the same day). After all this, this company had the audacity to send me an email asking me to pay 6.99 for a redelivery fee as it was "my" fault that the delivery has failed in the first place. I have spent literal hours of my day on the phone just trying to get this resolved but with each agent I speak to nothing is done. It has been an entire day since I made the same day order and it is now looking this matter won't be resolved for another day. This is simply not good enough. Not only do I want a re delivery free of charge (as it is the companies fault) but i also require a refund of the same day fee which I have paid for... I have never been treated so horribly by a company and after I get my order redelivered and the the extra charge refunded I will never order from here again.

I ordered flowers for 10am, but they arrived at 6.30pm. Instead white flowers, I received cream colour, and they were old. Not happy of the service at all. I wouldn't order again from this company.

I placed an order a week before valentines day to deliver flowers. It has not left florist. This is actually the worst.

This is by far the worst company I've ever bought flowers from. The customer service is horrific. I spend 300 pounds on one boutique and 100 pounds on another and they were the same size. When I reached out about the issue and provided a picture they told me there was nothing they could do for me then ignored my following emails.

My girlfriend didn’t get your order. I got your confirmation for my order (#7543705) which it supposed to be delivered on Valentine’s Day as I booked. There is no phone call from you or the bouquet, but how come I got the confirmation email that my order had been delivered? Let’s me know what you can do about this mess.

I requested that this order would arrive before 5pm which is when the recipient of my order would leave her work. The order did not arrive making the entire thing pointless. What is the purpose of making these valentines day orders if you cant even deliver them before the work day finishes, if this is something that cant be done then dont make us waste our time and money.

Order wasn’t delivered to intended recipient even though recipient was home. Was unable to get a refund as item is a perishable good.

I purchased some flowers for my wife’s first Valentine’s Day. They were £95. Said they would arrive between 10am and 6pm. Not had anything turn up. I don’t understand how they could have been planned to arrive but not arrive? £15 delivery? Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Not only did they not deliver my order. I’ve been trying to contact their employees all day to follow up. And every one of them tried to placate me rather than actually do something to remedy. I will never ever order again. Ruined my Valentine’s Day.

Ordered a ÂŁ90 bouquet of 12 roses ahead of valentines day, to be delivered on February 14th, I was sent a single rose, which arrived too late in the day for me to do anything about it. Thanks Floom for messing up my plans.
