“See pics for yourself. I've never been baited and switched so badly. They substituted those gorgeous pale pink flowers for some tacky looking hot pink and green daisy things I'd expect in a $5 bunch from 7eleven. They offered a 40% discount even though the website says you get the bouquet you ordered or your money back. So this is the worst of many flower delivery businesses I've ordered from. Never again.”

“I requested flowers be delivered between 10-4pm, flowers not delivered until AFTER 6:00 pm. Wasted my entire day waiting for delivery. All day status listed on tracking site stated orde was ‘prepared’ . Very poor communications. Had to call for update, when I spoke with someone they said delivery was on its way, didn’t get delivered for over an hour later.”

“Delivery on time. The flower arrangement was a disappointment as bulked out by cheap foliage.. the flowers in the website picture were delicate and pretty -the ones which were delivered were brash and cabbage like meh - not what I ordered not what I wanted - felt a bit embarrassed sadly . - Please don’t bother with the 15 % off for next order Floom as will be redundant - the stars are for the on time delivery only-”

“Delivery says from 10:00 to 18:00. Got a call at 18:58 after we had left, luckily the neighbour was there to collect but I had scheduled out a plan for the evening with the flowers being there first and well that didnt go as planned!”

“Flowers arrived at the very end of the day at 6:17pm… 17 minutes after the delivery window of 10am to 6pm… Since this was a delivery to a nonprofit, no one was available to receive the flowers and stayed outside overnight on the street until someone came in to work in the morning.”

“I specifically ordered roses for delivery on the Friday, asking that if the person failed to open, that it be delivered to the next door neighbor since my friend has a small baby and has a sign on her door saying don't knock. Instead what she got was the flowers delivered to the post office. And my friend was only able to collect the flowers on the Monday. By that time the petals had started to go brown. This was despite the email i received saying it had been delivered to her. Not the surprise I envisaged for her.”

“The flowers were delivered the day after they were supposed to, even if mentioned on the note to leave it by the front door if there was no one at home. So the timing was completely wrong and I can’t explain the person is receiving about that, they won’t believe you.”
