The driver left the flowers with the neighbour even though the recipient was home and i had provided her number just in case anyway. Maybe hire people that actually try to reach the recipient before resorting to plan B. Having to tell my girlfriend that she needs to go pick up flowers at her neighbour's completely ruins the surprise and therefore defeats the whole point of your service.

I was disappointed with the order I had delivered last Feb 9 to Bush St in San Francisco from Sol Ambiance. It was an arrangement of cymbidium flowers but the red colored ones were drooping upon receipt of the arrangement.

It was not a very good experience because the order arrived very late, and it was confusing because I first received the DELIVERED notification and the order arrived 4 hours later. So I thought the flowers were somewhere else and I couldn't get in touch with your customer service.

The site allowed me to make a purchase only for me to receive an email 30 minutes later saying the flowers were out of stock. Though the refund process was pretty smooth, I can't help wondering why they let me buy them in the first place.

The flowers were nice but the note that came along with it brought the whole thing down. For a $200+ Bouquet, you would expect a nice card, but all they did was print it out on jagged pieces of paper, and slap it on another piece of paper. It looks more like a ransom note than a nice card for a bouquet.

Nice flowers, but awful delivery comms: despite calling Floom on the day, the delivery window couldn't be narrowed from 'between 10am to 6pm'. Received a 'delivered' notification at 5:55pm, but the flowers almost an hour later. The notification was obviously a lie, intended to mark the delivery as being on time. Tbh I don't really care about the lateness (I wouldn't have mentioned this if they hadn't asked for feedback) but the awful communication and the weird lie mean I'll not use Floom again.

I was excited to suprise my mom with flowers on her birthday but they weren’t delivered on time. So I contacted Floom through chat and was assured they would arrive the next day. However although the status says it’s prepared for a day now, my mom still hasn’t received the flowers :(

I ordered once. I have since been spammed by email. The first was clearly a form letter claiming to be the manager reaching out personally. Since then, I have been spammed by a site which collects reviews. I have tried to unsubscribe. I will try again. In addition, this review form doesn't have the options which are actually appropriate (no "same day" choice, for example). I hope they get their act together as a company and get professional because it is an excellent idea. Shame. Good service, but I cannot recommend due to the spam.

Confusing selection when ordering online - it was showing flowers that did not deliver to my area or couldn't be delivered on the selected date even though I had the necessary filters enabled. Premium delivery was on time however the delivered bouquet was significatly different to what I ordered, the specific flowers mentioned in the description were missing and were replaced by less attractive ones. No reply to my complaint was received as of yet however I got multiple emails asking for review in exchange for store credit.

Very disappointed. I bought the flowers to be delivered for my friend's birthday over a week before it was supposed to be delivered. On the day of the delivery, they contacted me saying they can't deliver today and I have 2 options, to cancel the order or get it delivered another day. I was very upset as my friend's birthday was today and not some other day. I ended up canceling the order and getting the flowers from another online shop that was able to deliver on the same day!

See pics for yourself. I've never been baited and switched so badly. They substituted those gorgeous pale pink flowers for some tacky looking hot pink and green daisy things I'd expect in a $5 bunch from 7eleven. They offered a 40% discount even though the website says you get the bouquet you ordered or your money back. So this is the worst of many flower delivery businesses I've ordered from. Never again.

I requested flowers be delivered between 10-4pm, flowers not delivered until AFTER 6:00 pm. Wasted my entire day waiting for delivery. All day status listed on tracking site stated orde was ‘prepared’ . Very poor communications. Had to call for update, when I spoke with someone they said delivery was on its way, didn’t get delivered for over an hour later.

Delivery on time. The flower arrangement was a disappointment as bulked out by cheap foliage.. the flowers in the website picture were delicate and pretty -the ones which were delivered were brash and cabbage like meh - not what I ordered not what I wanted - felt a bit embarrassed sadly . - Please don’t bother with the 15 % off for next order Floom as will be redundant - the stars are for the on time delivery only-
