Out of five succulents two where unusable with leaves falling off. The packaging was very poor - looked like an old box that was found lying around an cut up. Did not protect the plants.

I ordered my mother an arrangement of calla lilies for her 88th birthday, and they arrived wilted--some of them completely dead and black! I can not believe anyone delivered that to her. It was like a sick joke! I asked her caregiver to send me a picture of what she received, but there were only stems because the flowers were so ugly she threw most of them in the trash.

They failed to deliver on the requested day, then ignored my emails, did not communicate, ignored requests to cancel, then said they delivered (but there was nothing there). They failed at literally every step. It's been days, haven't heard anything from support.

The bouquet I ordered was reported to be delivered a day after the day I paid to have it delivered - and the recipient never actually received the delivery. They even went and checked their home security cameras, and no delivery was made. I attempted to email and call Floom to have the bouquet redelivered, but I have received no response. I am very disappointed.

I was expecting a bouquet of flowers for my 4yo daughter from a close friend of mine. The flowers never came. Neither on the scheduled day not on any of the next days. My friend is still waiting for a refund.

Hi Unfortunately, the bouquet doesn't look like the one I chose from the website. I wanted the one called "TROPICAL" I chose the bouquet from your website because I liked it from the picture. the bouquet you delivered was ok, but with flowers that I don't like.

Completely wrong bouquet with different flowers and vase. Ordered sunflowers in a vintage vase. And got the attached.

I ordered and paid for same day delivery. But the bouquet I ordered was delivered 2.5 days later. My two requests for a shipping refund were ignored. Also: The arrangement was small and looked nothing like the photo.

I ordered flowers to be delivered in LA. The delivery was lost and I had to deal with (helpful) customer service. Eventually they did deliver but not really what I paid for . I would never deal with them again

I didn’t recwive what I purchased I did a claim last monday still no responde . I want a full refund. It was a special ocation and the arrangement and flowers send was very bad

My order was not at all as advertised. The flowers delivered were smaller, different colors and much lower quality. I can provide pictures if needed. We will be requesting a refund

Hi, I had a terrible experience ordering flowers from here. The website showed a beautiful image and what I got was dead flowers that weren’t even packaged properly. I would require a refund asap. Uploading images for ease. These flowers are expensive and it was a gift for someone, I was highly embarrassed when this showed up. I will need a refund immediately, the flowers didn’t even last a day. I’m hoping you’ll resolve this at the earliest.

I have yet to receive any confirmation that the flowers were delivered. I ordered on 1/17 for delivery on 1/18. I called on 1/19, and emailed for an update- the staff member I spoke to on the phone said she would email me back after getting some information with the florist (this was around 2 to 230PM, I believe). It has been 24 hours and I have yet to hear back. If someone could get back to me on this, it would be greatly appreciated.

My order was never delivered. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all after speaking with them each time I knew nothing would be done . I really just wanted my flowers delivered. I’m a college student and used my last bit of change to order flowers for a friend. I feel scammed. I just want my money back.
