Generally easy to use, but annoying to navigate the filters. I specified that I wanted flowers for Valentine's Day -- on the 14th -- and Floom kept showing me options that could only deliver on the 15th. I had to manually sort through them.

Delivery arrived outside designated window. Luckily recipient happened to stay at work late and was still able to receive. Was surprised by how small arrangement was. Did not feel like good value for the price.

My order was misdelivered, someone should have been sent to correct the wrong delivery or a coupon or discount for the trouble Or someone should have been sent to pick up the wrong order and had a correct one sent Also the pot used was different then in the picture

Honestly, the flowers were expensive but the effect was rather sparse and spindly. I wouldn’t choose again.

Really loved the flowers and quick service, was a few issues with not receiving confirmation or updates about my order or delivery which was a bit worrying but outcome was good in the end. Thank you

I honestly thought I was one seeing flowers from a local, boutique style flower shop. The flowers did not depict the image at all. And to pay for the most full offer and see the flowers just filled with more leaves is disappointing.

Hi Megan I'm so sorry to read this. I understand your order wasn't delivered on the day you specified. I've looked into this matter. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the florist couldn't deliver that day. The florist had tried to call you but couldn't get through. On the positive side, I'm glad that your gift of flowers was well received by your recipient.

They asked me to review them before the order has gone through. It was an acceptable system to use, but I still don't know how the flowers are going to be.

When I placed the order the money was taken but the order did not go through - it took 3 phone calls from abroad to the Uk to sort this out where I was asked all the details of my order several times - not very reassuring - however the bouquet was delivered as requested and on the date but no advance warning of what time they would be delivered.

Customer service was initially good. However, the day of delivery came and went -- no email notification it was dispatched, out for delivery, nor delivered. I would not rush back to order for them. Additionally - you can often contact the florists directly for the same price.

My experience with Floom was easy enough, needed to get flowers to gift to someone early the next morning so the same day delivery was very helpful. The issue was with my florist who gave the bouquet half dying stems that by the time I had to gift them the next morning they looked awful. Surely you don’t spend £50 for flowers only to last a few hours? So as Floom themselves aren’t the issue I can’t really fault them however the quality control from their florists isn’t there.

Website was easy to use however the choice of original bouquets was limited with many bouquets only available in deluxe/superior options. Also the flowers that arrived looked very different to the image on the website, they were very leafy whereas the image of the sunshine mix doesn’t have leaves. I will upload a picture of what arrived.

Bought some flowers for my wife to be delivered to her work, easy ordering online but said delivery would be between 10-6, she finishes at 5, so I rang to find out what florist they used so I could check times. After going through the press 1 or 2 or 3 buttons I eventually got through, I asked for contact details, I was given the name of the florist but when I asked for the phone number I was told to just Google it.....got through to them only to find out that the flowers I'd ordered were half the price of Flooms....lesson learned, buy local next time.

In regards to pricing, these are negotiated with the florist in relation to the Floom Collection products. This price would be the same with other florists within your area as well. Either way, I'm glad to read that your wife was happy with the gift of blooms.
