“I ordered the SPRING SUNSHINE bouquet and needed it delivered next day. I really appreciated that fast turnaround. The bouquet was not exactly like the photo -- a couple of things missing and the ruffly tulips looked a little more open than in the photo, but I understand they have to work with what's fresh and in season. I think the price was a bit much for the bouquet, however, I was in a jam and my mom was happy. All in all I give a solid 4.”

“Floom service was great! The website is easy to navigate and it gives you all the information you would like when ordering from so far away. Although not Flooms fault, the flowers looked very different from what the pictures did. Different flowers and combinations were used and the bunch of flowers were a lot less than compared to the photo too which was a dissapointment.”

“My first paid order fell because the florist decided they didn’t delivery to hospitals . How bizarre is that ! They should state that fact at the point a delivery address is requested. A refund was not offered for immediate repayment The second purchase went well , so the experience was acceptable and , in the end, efficient C”

“The delivery was made on time but I could not get any updates throughout the process so I didn't know if everything was going according to the schedule. The website was down for about 8 hours on the 14th of February, which is probably the busiest day for this site. The delivery was OK and on time though.”
