“Great service but would appreciate more updates on delivery and engagement with courier. My main concern was flowers would be left outside apartment for extended period of time, and asked Floom to put in a safe place. Not knowing the delivery location, a photo or message from courier to confirm they were in a safe place would have been great.”

“I’m a guy who works overseas on a ship. I was looking for a flower delivery service. UX experience wasn’t as effortless, I found it hard navigating through on mobile. The delivery was definitely outside of the time range they gave me. (After 6pm) The followers were definitely different from the pictures. The photo on the websites are without a doubt edited to look more vibrant than in person.”
